Jeeves installation services are complete Scam
This year I bought an Atomberg ceiling fan. First of all, the exchange offer is a fuss because they offer you 230Rs and cuts 100Rs for taking the old fan away. And when the nee fan arrives, they ask you to uninstall and keep the old fan ready for taking away or else you end up paying that 230Rs anyway. Then comes the installation part. They charge you about 200Rs in advance. They were supposed to install within 2 days. After a day, I received a whatsapp automated message from Jeeves after midnight and asking to confirm the installation within 4 hours. This is a joke by itself! I missed and next day I received similar message after midnight. This time I did confirm and next morning I recd service technician details who was supposed to call me. Waited whole day but nothing. Then next morning again I received another service technician details. This time, after waiting the whole day, I called the number in the evening. The service technician said he is too busy and cannot even come the next day! I cancelled the installation and got the fan installed by a local technician. Next day I got a call from a Jeeves guy (apparently the service partner of Atomberg) and said that if I cancel the installation with them, then the warranty is null and void! I think overall its a scam and I am not sure whether its a Scam by Atomberg or Jeeves !!
