Ruining your reputation
I havent got the doors i ordered from B&Q, because the courier they use to deliver, is, well incompetent of delivering. 2 orders, 8 doors later, both orders damaged by the courier. Let's name them... DX. So they send tracking, fantastic, well until their tracking states unable to deliver, but each time they are no where near my address, I'm either being fobbed off, or someone needs to take charge and take responsibility. HOW YOU STILL MANAGE TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESSES GOING IS BEYOND ME. Are the doors really that cheap it doesn't matter if they get damaged in transit!
