Excellent customer service. A order went astray, emailed support service, replaced the goods immediately.
The replacement order and the original order arrived 24 hours apart.
Called the team as how I was supposed to pay for the replacement order as wanted to keep the jellies for my mum. The response was to keep them as a good will gesture. Wonderful company to deal with

Ordered a free trial pack of 2 at £2.95, next thing I know I receive an email stating that I've signed up for weekly deliveries at a cost of nearly £50.
Beware of ordering online.

I first came across Jelly Drops while I was caring for my grandmother. At that time, they were not available in my area. I now care for my mom who has dementia and won’t touch water as a hydration source. These Jelly drops are a life saver! We have been ordering Jelly Drops for about 3 years. She believes they are little candies and gets her water intake without any fuss!! She loves them! We are able to keep her hydration levels up and they help when it is time to have blood drawn. We don’t have to go back after more hydration!
THANK YOU so much to this company. I have worked with so many Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients and these little gems are definitely a huge benefit to help with hydration! I tell everyone about them!!

Disappointing - We tried the Jelly Drops as they had great reviews for the elderly/people living with dementia. We found these to be very "slimy" and for someone with limited mobility in their hands, they could not get them out of the small tubs and needed to be transferred to another bowl. Considering the cost, we found these to be rather tasteless, texture not appealing and the elderly person didn't like them at all. We shall give them another go. I have given 2 stars as they were delivered quickly and packaging was good but really disappointing.

These jellies have been a life saver for my family in Florida. Mom has been in and out of the hospital 4 times in the last year because of mind melting, hysteria ridden, UTIs caused by dehydration. Since I started having them shipped to them, she has been doing so much better! Not one visit in months now!

Dehydration is the number one thing the elderly have issues with. They start to hate the taste of water and pretty much anything that does not have sugar in it. These jellies keep them balanced and they still feel like they are getting a treat.

We got jelly drops for our mum who has advanced dementia and is in a nursing home. She was getting dehydrated and reluctant to take fluids. She took to the jelly drops quickly looks healthier is better hydrated and is less anxious thoroughly recommend

Jelly Drops healed the terrible damage brought on by strong antibiotics . ...immediately! Within a day the pain was gone ,rehydration had begun and energy and calm returned. Fabulous things and so easy to take and naturally flavoured. Full of goodness and restoration! Better still..no chemicals , no medications and totally additive free. Highly recommended!

Got these for my mum who has early vascular dementia and has never been fond of drinking water ,she loves these has a minimum of 2 portions per day and had been much more herself since having them ,expensive but worth it .

Caution should be added for anyone with sensitive mouth due to in my case palliative weekly chemotherapy. I suffer with extreme dryness in the days after treatment, particularly during the night and when I’m sleeping through recovery. These seemed ideal so I ordered a batch along with the 2 flavour free intro not wanting to rely on Xmas postage by just trying free trail. Sadly disappointed both by the two different flavours I opened, one from 2 flavour trial box, other from purchased batch, and customer support response. After initial hydration the residual taste is bitter and burning. Maybe the electrolytes I don’t know but definitely a very uncomfortable stinging sensation in an already sensitive mouth so BEWARE. I resealed the purchased batch (full) but they will not accept back an opened box even if full so no return, and costly “trial”. Uncompromising, unsympathetic and disinterested. Bottom line. They are costly and I’m sure there's other alternatives on the market.

Our grandma started taking Jelly Drops not too long ago. At first, she would have just a few a day, but now she asks for them all the time, which says a lot. We can definitely see the difference they have made — she is more alert, more settled, and seems better hydrated overall. Anything that helps in a simple, enjoyable way is a win, but especially with dementia. Jelly Drops have been a really positive addition to her daily routine.

We saw Jelly Drops and gave them a try pretty early on in our mum’s dementia journey but at that time they weren’t right for her.

This year, with her ability to taste food and her appetite changing so much, was the right time for her.

She now really appreciates the flavours and as she no longer wants to eat or drink much they do provide some comfort and more water than we can sometimes encourage her to drink.

Caring for someone with dementia is a constant and unique learning experience for all concerned. At the beginning it’s hard to comprehend what it will be like as things change and previously unremarkable parts of life become big challenges.

Looking at things and preparing in advance has worked well for us so far and identifying support and solutions early on when there is more time and less urgency helped us pick the right moment.

We will carry on with the Jelly Drops because at this moment they are making our mum smile and helping her stay more hydrated and comfortable.

Just wonderful! My mum only drinks tea and coffee and these jellies have been a god send. I make sure she takes them everywhere she goes and has a couple of boxes a day. She is very fussy, however she loves your drops. I highly recommend them.

These 'sweets' are very well packed and delivered quickly. I can order more or cancel an order easily. My husband enjoys them and I have peace of mind that they are helping to keep him hydrated.

I have ordered these for my father...I tried one but very chemically i have only given 3 stars because of these artificial ingredients..first ingredient maltodexrin..not good for you!! Plus sucralose etc. On the Plus side they are soft snd easy to swallow for an elderly person.
