The jelly drops are a perfect way of helping to keep Mum (Alzheimer's/bedbound) hydrated. She loves them.

FALSE ADVERTISING. What you get in the mail is nothing like what is pictured. You get a cup full of soggy, sliced up Jell-O like pieces, that need a fork to use. Not a dry solid drop like they show. False advertising. Nothing an elderly person could pick up with their own hands like it is shown in the pictures. I think this company knows that if they used the genuine pictures of what the product really looks like they would hardly get any sales. They also know that there’s little recourse for United States sales since they are in a different country. By the way, are these FDA approved, considering they are being used and advertised for elderly who have dementia? They even emailed me and explained that the pictures were old, yet they continue to use them. [Updated after Jelly Drops response: Jelly Drops is trying to make it appear as though they shared photos from customers, however this is not the case as the false photos are their own that are prominently up front as their marketing (so they are lying and covering up by obscuring the facts). Jelly Drops knows this very well as this has been disputed by a number of customers. They are willfully false advertising. If you have had a bad interaction with this company or concern about their product: request a dispute through your bank, contact the attorney general in your state, contact the BBB, post reviews, and contact the UK Alzheimer’s Association who are selling this product and gave a grant.]

How I wish I had checked this company out on Trustpilot before making a purchase. Me experience was exactly the same as two recent reviews. Misled by the website leading me down the 'free trial' route, not realising that you only got that if you started a subscription, but seeing that you only got free carriage on the trial if delivered with first order. Didn't want to start a subscription without trying out, so thought I ordered a trail pack to be delivered with a initial order. Subsequently discovered not to be the case.
They were intended for my 99 year old mother-in-law who took one taste and spat it out. Nauseating texture, unpleasant taste, tried one ourselves and totally agreed. Started to do a return of the unused trays, and realised I had been totally misled by the website pushing free trial with you first order. Staff totally unhelpful, claiming website is very clear - not true for me and the other people who have been misled. You have to get stuck in to the returns policy before you get to the caveats.
Totally unsatisfactory product and customer relations!

Absolutely fantastic, they helped my Nan with her hydration right up until the end of her life. I’d even say they extended her long and wonderful life a little bit more. I am forever grateful and will keep it in mind when another relative or even myself (that will be a long way off mind) needs them.

These are a great product. No, they don’t taste like candy, because they’re not candy. But they’re still good and encourage people, who wouldn’t normally take in any water, to consume water. Some people will like them, some people won’t. Not sure why so many are choosing to give them zero stars because they couldn’t return them or get a refund. It’s a food product, you don’t get to return food just because you don’t like it. It’s so weird that people even think that. Anyway, it’s 5 stars from me and thank you for making this product!

I contacted Jelly Drops to see if the product is suitable for my elderly mum who has dysphagia (trouble swallowing). I received a prompt and really helpful response about why they would not recommend the product - great integrity and customer service - a real shame they aren’t suitable for us but I would otherwise recommend based on great customer service

mother did not like the taste of the jelly drops and it was too late to return. I paid 54.00 for them to help my 90-year-old mother consume water. I was disappointed I could not return the unused items.

Buyer Beware! I purchased Jelly Drops for my aunt, in hopes that it would help her hydrate. Unfortunately, she didn't like the texture or the taste. I should have been more careful -- there is NO "free trial," money-back guarantee (it is a food product, and the company is based in the UK), and NO REFUNDS are permitted. While we will donate these, it is a very expensive ($79) lesson to learn that the principle of caveat emptor is just as relevant as it ever was.

PS - I have subsequently received a response from Jelly Drops, visible below. Again, CAVEAT EMPTOR -- I make most of purchases online, and was unable to protect myself from making this mistake with Jelly Drops. So now I'm $79 lighter and hope that others can learn from my experience/mistake. PPS - Despite the kind words, Jelly Drops response stands for itself. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

A first-rate business with a "can do" attitude. Great product, with slick delivery process. I'd recommend Jelly Drops as a thirst-quenching solution for folk reluctant to drink enough. Response to emails is swift, personal and 100% reliable. Try them!

Highly recommend this caring company could not help you any more made life for mum a little bearable

After contacting Jelly Drops everything went smoothly. Product ordered and sent I think immediately. It was so quick to arrive here and I was gleeful that it would help my husband who has dementia and renal failure. I must admit I did pinch some of the sweets myself. I thought the flavour was just right on all the different sweets - not too sweet -just enough to make you go back for more.

Jelly Drops are delicious and fun. I have had great support over the years.

The Jelly Drops website is bright, colourful and easy to use. Orders are delivered promptly and well packaged. A reminder is sent before the next order is due and can be skipped if necessary.
The drops themselves are deliciously fruit flavoured and easy to pick up and eat. Being sugar free, they are suitable for diabetics and an easy way to remain hydrated

My 83 year old wife died recently. In the last few months of her life we had problems keeping her hydrated and fed;Jelly drops proved a godsend.She enjoyed them both alone and mashed up with a little cream they were virtually the only dessert we could persuade her to have!

I have found these little jelly drops to be so good for my mum. She wasnt drinking much and kept getting uti's. Her urine was always dark. With these drops I d8d think its a lot of money but I will give it a try. So far carers and I have noticed mums urine is paler less strong smell. But also besides eating the drops mum is also drinking mor and seems more alert. It may not last as dementia can be different day to day. But we are pleasenty please with tbe drops.

The product is wonderful! Jelly Drops are very responsive answering any questions you may have. The ordering process, pausing or changing frequency is great, and if you need help they respond via email quickly. I appreciate the personal customer service, it is a breath of fresh air!

My husband has for years suffered from being wobbly, shaky, confused, and liable to fall over. Through blood tests, our GP finally discovered it was dehydration. However, although drinking over 2 litres of water a day did help, it wasn't by any means a cure. The symptoms were better but still bad. After more than 2 years of searching all over the place for an answer, I finally discovered Jelly Drops. He takes 5 three times a day and. I am sure it is the electrolytes in them that is making the difference. He is now not wobbly, not shaky, can walk almost twice as fast as he has been for the last 2 years, and is much happier! I can't believe it. Thank you so much for this life-changing (in a good way!) wonderful product.

I was so happy to see the Jelly Drops were finally available in Canada! I had heard about them, researched them, and ordered right away. My father was already in stage five of his Alzheimer's journey, and since his liquid intake had declined, it was taking his good physical health with it. The Jelly Drops were the answer for us over this past year, he loved the selection of flavours, and thought they were treats! I was happy to let him help himself, and found myself enjoying them, too. I knew it was beneficial to his health, especially in keeping his bodily functions working well. I highly recommend them! I did make the mistake of ordering too much, so to begin with, less is more... because you can always order more, once you include them in the daily routine! The customer service was outstanding! Truly one of the best products for seniors ever made.
