Don't waste your time. This company is a total scam. The jersey I received looked nothing like the picture. Emailed customer service, and that was a joke. Called "customer service", and that went to someone's personal voicemail. Total BS. Only received one of the two things I ordered. Wish I had seen the reviews here before I ordered.

Ordered a Jersey over 2 months ago and still no jersey

Order a Jersey from website on 11/22. They sent me a tracking number that states label created. So today I opened up a dispute with PayPal

The owner is the only employee and hes a scam artist. He defrauds other businesses in the process. Focused on himself than his business. No more millions for you when people find out.

Honestly the worst company ever! A joke of customer service and full of lies. Im pretty sure all of the positive reviews are all fake. I ordered a jersey bundle that came with shorts and got no shorts! I emailed them and they said they would fix it but they never did.

I placed an order from Jersey Champs for a jersey on 10/23 and paid for same-day shipping hoping to receive my order by Halloween. I did not receive an email about my shipping confirmation until 4 days later and the tracking link did not work. I contacted the business multiple times and kept receiving the same reply, "please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery." The tracking number on my order didn’t work and they wouldn’t refund for my purchase or the same-day shipping that I paid for and never received. i finally received the jersey on 11/25...shameful!!

This business is remarkably UNETHICAL. I am very disappointed with this company and will NEVER purchase from them again!!!!

I placed an order with Jersey Champs on 10/8 and never recieved a shipping confirmation. I reached out to the company on all platforms (email, Facebook, Instagram, phone, and I even messaged the owner personally) with only automated reply. Today , 11/19, I recieved an email stating that the jersey I ordered is out of stock and I should visit the website to make another selection. I never set up an account with Jersey Champs and there are no further directions as to how to choose another product ( not that I would at this point). I think I’m going to reach out to my credit card company and have them cancel it. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered a product online and haven’t been able to reach ANY type of customer support. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered these for a Halloween costume on 10/15. On 10/30 I still had not received any confirmation. I reached out to the support number saying “ Hi I ordered sweatpants 15 days ago for a Halloween costume but they're not here and obviously Halloween is tomorrow. Can I please cancel my order? I did not get a response for 12 days and the response said “ Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to inform you that your order is awaiting shipment now.
Please, wait for a few days until the tracking number starts showing the updates. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day ahead.” They did not address the delay or respond to my request to cancel. Now 31 days after I ordered these, I get a request to fill out a survey about my experience... I STILL DON’T HAVE THE SWEATPANTS!! How is it even possible to run a business this poorly?

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had a promotion offering a free jersey for a google review. They constantly avoided my messages when i never recieved anything.

Horrible! They send the wrong Jersey size and did not ship the other Jersey I orders and told me I could not return nor exchange any it. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

dont know who is running this company but the worst service i have ever gone through . you order online they say they will ship your items out and give u a choice for faster delivery... all a crop you will never receive the items you order they take your money and all u can do is dispute it through your credit card company.. you try to call the 2 numbers that they have and its some recorded google assist and the emails that you send might as well go to the easter bunny... save your time and money there are enough crooks in the world.. in this case u do NOT get what you pay for... you dont get it al all...

I am putting up a second post. I submitted a request to my bank to have the charge reversed, and of course I received an email from Jersey Champs. Of course, it said my order was being updated: HA-HA-HA. If you have done any business with this scam firm I suggest that you cancel your cc. I have.

Don't trust all these recent reviews.... notice how they are all first-time reviews? More than likely by this company to boost their "credibility". Go check out the "better business bureau" website for actual reviews of this company. They do not provide any customer service, nor do they provide the actual product that is ordered. The owner "sean" will respond back saying he will send a personalized letter apologizing as a response to the complaint, but never does nor acknowledges the email that is sent. This is a scam of a company,and I highly advise saving yourself the headache and spending your money elsewhere. If you have ordered and experiencing issues, file a complaint for fraud with whatever company was used to make payment and ask for a refund.

They are a third party Company, who orders direct from a manufacturer in china. They will provide a fake tracking number 2 weeks after ordering,regardless of your ship time request. Then they will come back saying they will reach out to the shipping carrier for an update and leave you searching for answers for another week plus. Completely unethical and.out to take peoples money. I wish there was a way to have this on their website to prevent issues for people instead of finding out after the fact like myself and so many others have experienced.

Ordered a jersey on 8/3/19 and didn’t receive my tracking number for almost a week. Waited a month and a half and there was no movement on the package I emailed them about it they said please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Waited another 6 weeks and still haven’t received my jersey. They won’t refund it because they said the package has already been sent out. It’s now 10/28/19 and they won’t respond to my emails. Absolutely ridiculous and now I’m out $50

I did not receive an email about my shipping confirmation until 6 days later and the tracking link did not work. It has been over two weeks now and I have contacted the business multiple times. I keep receiving the same reply, "please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery." My tracking number on my order still does not work and they will not refund me for my purchase or the same-day shipping that I paid for and never received.

This business is remarkably unethical. I am very disappointed with this company and will never purchase from them again.
