Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I followed all the steps required for a refund and it has been over 6 days with no refund and no confirmation email. Customer service has been unhelpful and there has been no clear communication about the status of my refund.
At this point it feels like they are avoiding issuing the refund they owe. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you’re prepared to deal with a frustrating return and refund process.

I’ve purchased a few jerseys from Jersey Loco and I’ve had an excellent experience. The jerseys are exactly as advertised. If you’re getting a mystery jersey, I recommend buying a size larger than you normally wear. They actually tell you this when you order it. If you’re ordering a specific jersey and add a patch or name to it, then you should plan for a wait. If you’re ordering a stock jersey the shipping time is about as expected. All in all, I highly recommend Jersey Loco.

SCAM
SCAM. Placed order, after a month, nothing. No responses. After I threatened to report them as fraud, they responded that they were looking into it but nothing. THEN? Spam texts asking if I enjoyed my product I never received. TERRIBLE company. They will take your money, drag you around and waste your time, not deliver AND try to sell you more.

I am pending a solution to this as soon as possible. I gave BBB review and on their website they say there belong. ALL is false advertising.
