Waited 2 weeks for delivery. When arrived cheap quality. Asked for a refund was offered 10% then 15% discount. I will never wear the shoes so wanted a refund. Was told I had to send back to china at my own expense. Avoid this website.

Utter scam, AI Chinese factory company. I received an Immediate email saying they are a small family company who has a delivery delay trying to fulfill orders when in reality the delay due to delivery from China. Next, after receiving the dress it is clear the photo advertisement is an AI photo which does not resemble the dress in any way, completely different colours, extremely poor fabric and no structure.
When I contacted them for a refund thinking they had delivered the wrong dress!! They assured me it was correct dress and difference in appearance due to the ‘studio lighting’!!! Offering a refund if I post to factory in China recorded delivery knowing this costs more than the dress. Absolute disgrace of a company. Complete con, avoid at all costs!!!
Will report to Trading Standards.

Do not buy off this company. The clothes are not acceptable quality. The returns process is a joke and is not made clear on the website you have to return your item to Asia, which is very costly. They offer a 10,15 or 20% refund so you don’t have the hassle of sending items back yet state on the website they offer ‘hassle free returns’. Their customer service say all the right words but offer no real solutions. As they will no doubt reply to this review. It’s appalling they can continue to operate in this way.

I want to give this minus numbers! They are called London and day based in Belgium but they make you send returns as tracked postage to China!!!! It costs more than the item!!! Just the absolute worst company. I wish I’d never bought the shoes! I should have looked at reviews before I bought anything. So so so terrible!

I ordered a dress on 16 May 2026. On 29 May 2026, I emailed the company to inform them that i hadn't received the dress and that I no longer needed it because the event for which I had purchased it had already passed.
Later that same afternoon, the package was delivered. However, it was not until the following day that I received an email from the company confirming that the item had been delivered.
I explained that although I had received the package the afternoon of the day i sent the email, I no longer wanted the dress. I also pointed out that their stated shipping policy indicates a delivery timeframe of 5–8 working days, which was not met. As a result, I requested to return the item.
The company informed me that I could return the dress, but only if I paid the return shipping costs myself and sent it back to a factory in China. I have repeatedly explained that they failed to comply with their own shipping policy and therefore believe that the cost of the return should be covered by them, not by me.
Instead of addressing my concerns, they offered me a 10% discount to keep the product. This is not an acceptable solution, as I no longer need the dress and, in addition to the delayed delivery, the quality of the item is very poor.
Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service, failure to meet their stated delivery commitments, and unwillingness to take responsibility for the consequences of the delay.
To date, I am still exchanging emails with the company, and their responses consist mainly of apologies without any meaningful action or acknowledgment of responsibility. Despite repeatedly explaining that they failed to meet their own stated delivery timeframe, they continue to avoid taking accountability for their mistakes and have not offered a fair resolution to the issue. Their lack of responsibility and unwillingness to address the problem appropriately have only added to my frustration and disappointment with their customer service. Tjhs is the reason you can not trust online retailers like this one.

If I could give this a minus star I would..... After waiting weeks for my delivery of a pair of shoes (turns out the company is in China) The quality of shoe was awful and looked nothing like the item on the website. The shoe's were supposed to be for a friends wedding but they didn't arrive in time. Currently awaiting a response to return/refund the item

They call themselves "London", but they're actually based in China. The product I received was such poor quality that I wouldn't even use it as a tablecloth. To make matters worse, after sending an unacceptable product, they expected me to pay to return it to China at my own expense.
A very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this company.

Should be zero stars. Complete scammer company. Not UK based, products are shipped from China. Items are outrageously poor quality and bear no resemblance to the images on line. When you want to return them they say yoy have to pay postage back to China. Been ripped off to the tune of over £100, seeking chargeback now. Scammers, thieves, disgraceful!

Ordered a pair of sandals ,size 8.5 took few weeks and numerous emails to complain that I hadn't received them , arrived, wrong size,they were a size 39 nowhere near my size ,more emails sent , requesting refund and returns label, nothing, first time and last time customer, finally got an email with an oppolgy, saying they have sent the right size out, don't know where they are coming from , still not received them and still no label to send the others back ,it's the principle of it all , complete wash out I can tell you , just can't be bothered now ,waste of my time and money, going to a party this weekend, bought a pair from another company,rant over

I had to put one star to write a review but they do not deserve any.
They are polite but say the same things and actually lie.
When I ordered the trousers they contacted me the same day and wanted me to give them a review and I would receive a 50% refund which they never gave me.
I received a package which was nothing like was advertised and when I asked them to let me send it back they refused!
They kept saying “I understand your frustration”

I bought a pair of sandals, when they arrived… eventually after a few weeks they were very poor quality, not leather did not fit and didn’t look like the picture.
I asked for a return and was asked to return them in the original package to an address I was given they sent me no label with tracking no. I paid £22.20 postage with proof of postage and I am having great difficulty getting them to refund my money despite numerous e mails
I am very annoyed ad will certainly not be recommending this Company!,😤😤

Do not order I ordered a suit for my husband and it was nothing like the picture we had him put it on and had a good laugh I ve had to go through my bank to get money back and show the picture there displaying to what I received if you. I did not check the reviews first and unfortunately have suffered a financial loss.
the shoes took ages to arrive i had to regularly check for updates and it was a nightmare.
then the shoes arrived in a bag squashed together therefore damaged and bent out of shape.
the shoes are completely different to the images and the website.....
cheap tat shoes and i wasnt allowed a refund although they were not the colour i chose and the sandals fastening was broken so i couldnt wear them...
i only have woen one pair out of 4.. and the trainers have also started to fall apart ....... ive worn them maybe a few times...
i asked for there complaints procedure and i was ignored...
they lied on the website about returns = no morals or ethics.
ive reported this company and please stay clear of them.

After three weeks my cheap tacky sunglasses finally arrived. They had a bent arm & were the wrong tint (blue & not green).
I contacted the seller to inform them that they are the wrong tint & as usual they very amicable & asked for a pic of the packaging label & a photo of the glasses so they could address the problem. But I can't be bothered, so I'll stick to my Ray-bans' & order from a reputable retailer. My message to you out there is if you wish to buy anything from China go via TEMU & cut-out the middle man.
