Very happy with the two wedding rings we bought. Great in store experience and no issues with delivery and buying.

I had a short deadline for my item to be made and delivered. The company took every step to get it done on time, I am very grateful for the extra effort this involved

I took my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) to their showroom in Sheffield and it was a delightful experience. Everything was explained clearly and my girlfriend got to try on a bunch of rings, with also an interesting tool to look at them with different stones. The ladies there were incredibly professional and kind.

Overall an amazing first part of our journey to marriage, and we will be purchasing our rings from here for sure.

10/10 would recommend visiting the showroom.

A bit annoyed that the window for resizing the ring is so small. I ordered and received my engagement ring in April as I wanted to propose in September on our holiday to Italy. I was conscious of making sure I had things ready ahead of time and may have ordered a bit early. Especially as I was having the ring made bespoke. And I was very pleased to see that free resizing was available. However it wasn't made obvious that this is only for the first three months after receiving the ring so I literally by a week or so, missed the cut off for resizing which stung as it isn't cheap. On top of that, the resizing itself took very long in itself. It's a shame as the original process of having the ring made and the person I was in touch with were brilliant and I couldn't have been more happy, but the experience with this final resizing soured it a bit which is what this review is focusing on. I'm not sure why you wouldn't offer free resizing for longer as people sometimes don't plan to propose immediately after getting the ring and there was no obvious sign that there was a small window to do so. I'd suggest making this window larger, maybe a year? Or 9 months a least. And make it clear before purchasing that you have a set window in which to ask the question and get any resizing done in.

I bought my wedding ring from Jessica Flinn, and I adore it! We found it very useful to visit the showroom in person, and both over email and in person, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Also, the selection of shaped women's rings in particular is amazing! The men's selection is also better than what you'd get at any highstreet chain store, and they have many different price points.

Choosing a custom ring design can be a daunting process, but the team at Jessica Flinn Design made it an absolute dream from start to finish. I went in with a reference image and some ideas, and they took the time to truly understand not just what I wanted, but who my fiancée and I are as a couple. This personalized approach was evident in every step of the process.

From the initial consultation to the final presentation of the ring, the experience was completely faultless. They have an incredible ability to listen and translate a vision into reality. The final product was a breathtakingly beautiful ring that perfectly captured everything we talked about. It's more than just a piece of jewelry; it's a testament to their exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to their clients. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Reached out to use the custom design service for an engagement ring for my partner and Jessica Flinns team were fantastic throughout the process. Grace promptly organised a call to talk through the design and was great with advice on gemstones, Gold types and all the details of the design, providing mock ups for the ring to help visualise it. They kept me well informed on the progress of the build and were clear on the pricing structure. The ring itself was delivered safely in beautiful packaging and a lovely box for safe keeping, looking exactly as visualised! We searched and searched for the 'perfect' ring and just couldn't find it until we saw a fb ad for Jessica Flinn!! All the way to Sheffield, from Bristol, and it was so worth it. We have just received our two rings for our wedding and we couldn't be happier. The bride's ring was custom made to fit around the engagement ring and it is perfect. Beautiful detail and quality. Wonderful staff and quick to answer queries. Would recommend without hesitation.

The communication was excellent while we were working out the design for the engagement ring; quick, friendly, very helpful and patient when I was being particular.

I did everything online and with the communication, information and photos/videos provided or available on request, despite the amount of money in play, I never had any doubts or dips in confidence throughout the process.

The ring itself is beautiful, I’m very happy with it and so too is my now fiancee.

The packaging on the delivery is discreet, you wouldn’t know who it is from or what it is.

Closest things I can think of for points of improvement and the first one may be something I missed, but I don’t remember receiving any communication while it was being made to update me on the timeline for delivery. I made the final payment, was told 6-8 weeks, and then a month later I got a message saying it was being delivered tomorrow. I wanted to be home to receive it and fortunately with my work I could WFH on short-notice, but if not I wouldn’t have had chance to plan for it. The second point and I don’t know if this is even within the companies control to do anything about and it won’t be specific to Jessica Flinn, is that my partners social media feed was flooded with adverts from the company and of their engagement rings specifically (we don’t share any accounts, devices or email addresses) and she clocked on that I was buying a ring and where I was getting it from.

I would definitely recommend Jessica Flinn though and we’ll be looking at going to their other site for our wedding bands, considering another company after this experience would feel like a waste of time.
