We went to Jessica Flinn for our wedding rings - a custom shaped ring for me and a hidden inlay design for my husband. This was one of the few places that had wedding bands for men that had a little bit of an extra something to them, which you really don’t get much option for when it comes to mens rings. The experience from trying on designs in the showroom, to choosing our final rings, to collecting them well ahead of the wedding, everyone we spoke with was super friendly and happy to help. They were genuinely interested in helping us work out what would be right for us, even if it meant going elsewhere (which we had to do for the engagement ring in the end).
The final products are super high quality and came out exactly as we wanted. I would highly recommend using Jessica Flinn for any jewellery, not just wedding rings!

We travelled to Jessica Flinn all the way from Croydon to find our dream wedding rings and it was well worth the long journey. Helen was fantastic and suggested some gorgeous rings on top of my favourites to go with my engagement ring. I was very indecisive as they were all so beautiful but she was honest and very helpful with her opinions and suggestions. She helped me both me and my partner pick the perfect rings and I can’t wait for them to arrive!

Brilliant service from start to finish. As I’m based the other side of the country, I was able to try sample rings from home before choosing, including trying a ring sizer to get the perfect fit. The whole process was easy, customer service great and the rings are beautiful. I’m so pleased with the ring I’ve chosen, it’s gorgeous!

I bought both an engagement and wedding ring here and absolutely loved both of them. Their team was also very responsive when I was trying to figure out the best ring and sizing. My wife actually lost her wedding ring after we were married and I reached out to see if the same one could be made to match the original and they also helped out with that! After initially having a friendly experience choosing a ring from the showroom, we had issues finding a stone for a custom ring. We’d paid £100+ to find a stone, however we were shown stones that would not fit the ring design, and others with chips in them.

After months of searching we did not find anything and chose a different ring from the showroom that was ready to ship, it just needed resizing to a smaller size. Unfortunately, this was not a smooth process. We had issues with the resizing of the ring. It had been resized incorrectly, leaving it about a half size too big.

We got in contact to resolve, they asked us to send the ring back to check. We paid £10+ to have the ring sent back insured only to be told it was apparently the correct size. They offered us a resize but we’d have to pay for this again (at a half price rate of £45, however this is the price we’d paid the first time).

Considering the amount of money we had spent on the ring, and our time and money visiting from over 2hrs away, you’d expect this to be part of the service. Especially for a small company.

In the end we asked them to send it back so we could go to our local trusted jeweller. However, they sent the ring back without the original packaging that we had sent it in. It was in a flimsy black cardboard box, no bubble wrap and squished in a box that was too small for it. I was so upset and called them to send the original box back.

Our local (high-end) jeweller agreed the ring had been sized incorrectly due to the setting of the stones.

We would not recommend due to the service during and the after sale care.
We had planned to purchase our wedding bands from them, but we will not be doing so.
