The experience was fine I’m disappointed in the quality I’m sure it said embroidery custom made when I got it the print was smudged and was not embroidered. You could hardly read the name that I asked to have on it. The quality was not as good as I expected to pay when you pay $38 for an item. I wish they’d be honest about their description instead of always Photoshop things to make you think that it’s gonna be a fantastic item when it’s really not.

Not sure where to start! First, the product is too notch perfect. I purchased as a gift for my granddaughter and actually teared up when I opened the package. It is the perfect gift and one she will always cherish. Equally important was the customer service - there was a slight delay in receiving and this company kept me constantly informed about the estimated arrival and entire process. I cannot say enough positive things about this entire experience.

It took a long time to get my product. I was concerned that this was a scam, but it wasn’t.

II never received my confirmation for my order. They took my money out of my account and I never received my order. I contacted them,did everything they asked of me. I got nowhere except for the circle game. They kept asking for my order number that I told them several times I didn't receive it. Then they asked me for my email which they already have since they are emailing me. Round and round we go I wouldn't buy anything from this company it's a scam. I even gave them the information from my bank showing they paid. As you see their response. The are still asking me for my order number which I told them several times I never received one. I just don't want anyone else to get scammed

Usually don’t order items shown on Facebook but decided to take a chance as this looked like a beautiful item. Well I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Hard to wait until daughter’s birthday to give it to her. Thank you very much for the wooden butterfly clip. Also thank you for the quick response and shipping. Highly recommend!!
