Jet Hose Pressure Nozzle Reviews 4

After waiting for an eternity this Jet Nozzle finally arrived at my home. It was advertised as having a ''Universal Hose Fit,'' but that was not the case at all. I have a standard three-quarter inch hosepipe, but the Jet Nozzle has a female connector which makes it useless to me.
I telephoned the Helpline on the attached card several times, but each time was met with the reply that my call couldn't be taken and to phone back later.
I then emailed the company, but am still awaiting a reply, of which I am not confident of receiving as they sent me an email which said that they are busy with other emails.

I wish that I had never bothered to buy this product, because it's becoming more trouble than it's worth.

Don't waste your money. The product has no more water pressure then what is coming into your house. It took three weeks for it come, plus you have to go buy a quick connect adapter to use it. Customer service is horrible to work with.
It's not worth trying to return the product, it would probably cost as much to return it as it did to buy it.
