I had an issue with one of my products I ordered and the customer service I received was great. Cannot fault the lovely team who helped me get a fair outcome. Would recommend this company 💕

Poor quality, cheap items. Poor customer service. Ridiculous return policy. Did not let me return my item within 14 days of delivery. AVOID!!

First time ordering from the site, and I ordered the butter yellow “summer” bardot dress and all I can say is STUNNING!
I paid for next day delivery and it came as expected.
Beautiful dress, quality is much much higher than the price!
Can’t wait to wear it and will definitely be buying from here again!
I ordered the size 10, I’m usually an 8 but I’m conscious of my hips in certain materials, it’s perfect for me and how I feel, but I would say it’s true to size.

Will only accept a return for store credit however different from their terms on their website. Wish I had read their dodgy returns conditions before ordering. Also rude customer service

Absolutely amazing brand. Had a small issue with my order (basically just me being fussy) and they sorted it and sent me out a new pair so so quickly!! 10/10 customer service x

Products are true to what is shown on the website and the responsiveness from customer service was great. They responded to any email queries I had very quickly. Will definitely purchase from them again

I tried to return my order 9 days after I received it due to being on holiday I ran over by only 2 days it took nearly a week for a reply I had to send multiple emails and instagrams messages to finally be told I could not return my item. Service was absolutely terrible would avoid using this company.

Had a very positive experience with this company. The communication was fabulous via email, my exchange was dealt with quickly and perfectly. Really happy with my beach outfit and was hassle free. Thank you!

Have to contact them for them to accept a return and then they take days to reply.

They state a week for returns (legally in the UK as part of the distance sales act you get 14 days) but they don’t respond after numerous emails - need reporting

Ordered a dress from jewel boutique, checking the refund policy, I had to return the item within a week, contacted the company 5 times by the email they have given and had no response! It’s now over a week, so out of the return time limit, no contact phone number, and no return address available anywhere! very very frustrating and disappointing!
