I got a gorgeous white gold celtic onyx ring for my partner as an engagement ring (of course she said yes!) and she and I both love it! Tho the site uses computer generated images instead of photos, the ring was exactly as pictured. The solid metal is a definite plus, and the stone was flawless jet black.

They offer free resizing up to a year after purchase, but my partner ended up losing a bunch of weight a few years after I bought the ring. I was still able to get it resized for $49 plus shipping, customer service was quick to respond to messages, and I got my ring back in about a week, resized to a perfect fit, polished, and packaged with care.

I have no complaints whatsoever, and may order our wedding bands from them too!

I wish they would class up their website to reflect their exceptional quality. I ordered a ruby ring for my daughters birthday. It arrived on time and was absolutely stunning! Exactly what she wanted…so perfect, I ordered the ruby pendent for her graduation gift. I will be ordering all my jewelry from this site. Exceptional quality and service!

Yes the website looks suspicious but the jewellery and gemstones and customer service are all AMAZING. Purchased a couple rings from them, had an issue with 1 stone not as pictured on the website and they swapped it for me without much hassle. Brilliant quality and customer service.

I am thrilled with my engagement ring. I didn’t want a diamond, I wanted something unique. My amethyst and emerald ring is perfect. The only problem I encountered was the ring did not come on Dec. 24 as promised. It arrived on Dec 26 which was fine. The pandemic held up the mail so no problem. We will be using JewelsforMe soon to get the matching wedding band.

I have received a response from both Jewels for Me and from SkyBOX regarding my order with positive news that my wife’s anniversary ring has shipped out. I purchased jewelry from Jewels for Me previously and had exceptional service from them with timely updates on my order; it was hard to understand why I was not getting a response on my new order this time. I placed my order on June 11 for an Alexandrite eternity ring for my wife - and was redirected to the International checkout service Skybox Checkout and received my order confirmation - even paid for shipping 3-5 day priority service to Canada - now going on 15 days and can’t get an answer or a status update from either Jewels For Me or from their Skybox Checkout about my order - I’ve left messages with Skybox Checkout Customer service and sent emails - absolutely no response -

I ordered my engagement ring from Jewels For Me in August 2019, bit nerve wracking as I live in the UK and ordered online, but the sizing was great. I have been wearing it for 10 months now and it's still beautiful and seems to hold up well to constant wear and tear, I pretty much only take it off to go swimming.
This was such a nice alternative to classic engagement rings, being able to choose your own stone - I didn't want a diamond so went for aquamarine instead, and it was a really decent price.
Also shipping to the UK was surprisingly fast and I was able to track my order.
I love my ring and would definitely buy from Jewels For Me again.

I would use this company again, the delivery did take a little longer than expected, but I received my product as ordered. I did return the ring and get a full refund. The ring was beautiful but not exactly what I wanted, easy return and responsive customer service. the complaints about them are from customers with silly expectations.

Would never buy from here again.... promised me several deliver dates and never received till 3 weeks after the first "delivery date" they gave me. On top of that, they never took my payments until a month later after I ordered the product. Customer service is crap and cant truly get ahold of anyone.

I got my rings today. They are beautiful and look so much better than the picture. The workmanship is excellent I know from the craftsmanship that someone who cares about what they do has made them. They were securely packaged. I am currently waiting on my second order and will definitely be ordering again

I ordered a ring with my husband's and my birthstones in it on December 4, and it was delivered on December 10. It was exactly as pictured and fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with it (a birthday gift from my husband). Because of criticisms I've read, the only thing I want to mention to potential customers is to make sure you pay attention to the gem information; most stones are only 0.4 or 0.5 carats, so you should familiarize yourself with what those sizes actually look like.

Im not sure what happened on some of these negative reviews and have a hard time believing them. The folks at Jewels for Me have been more than accommodating in my first experience with them last week. I somehow put my address in wrong (im thinking iphone autofill was culprit), and order was returned to sender. It would’ve arrived early had I entered address correctly, but alas, no deal. Jewels for Me knew this was a special gift for my wife and immediately fixed the problem and expedited shipment to make sure I still had the gift in time. I thought i had created a disaster, but Jewels for me came to the rescue, and got my amazingly beautiful quality gift that was a steal compared to other sites. I can’t recommend them or thank them enough!! You can’t go wrong with this fantastic operation. Look at big picture and recognize the minute negatives about these folks, which I find highly suspect. Shop with confidence with Jewels for me! I will be coming back many times.

My mom was so happy!
This reviews a little late, but my mom constantly gets compliments so I thought I would write a review. I bought a ring for my mom for her birthday. It was opal and citrine (Style #: R2089-ROPCT). It was her mother and fathers birth stone that alternated every other. It was amazing quality. It was such a beautiful ring. I contacted them back when I ordered it and let them know I had to have it by a certain date and they made sure it happened. I love it so much I want one for myself. Thank you guys for the beautiful ring. It made my mom cry!

Jewels for me made a mistake on my order. There is no way to contact them. There is also no way to cancel order and then reorder the correct item. The appear to not want to deal with customers directly. I have purchased about 17 to 18 rings from them mostly through amazon but I placed this latest order directly on their site and they made an error with my order and I cannot contact them to correct said error.

I just received my ring today that my husband ordered for our anniversary. He put mine and our daughters birthstone in it. I am in love!! Its the perfect size as i dont like big jewlery. It did take awhile to get but i guess with the combination stones it had to be custom made. Def recommend this company!

I just received my beautiful Mother's Ring. As soon as I opened the package, I thought to myself, "It's gorgeous!" The genuine gemstones are perfect and I LOVE the shade of the rose gold. The sizing matches my finger precisely. Years ago, I lost my Mother's Ring and replacing it has been a disappointing endeavor. Thank you, thank you for the beautiful design.
