From start to finish, Dreadful. Really slow in all correspondence, and dragged out a very simple car crash injury claim for nearly 3 years. At the end due to their negligence in not completely the court disclosure correctly I lost out on about £10k. Even worse, there was an out of court settlement made that JF Law never told me about and I would have been happy to accept. Honestly, a truly awful experience, that cost me a lot of money.

Absolutely terrible service. They change staff so often it's unbelievable. No one ever knows what's going on with your case because the handlers are always different. They can't even keep the valuation straight – one story one day, another the next. Definitely not worth the money we pay."

Harassing company over the phone for months after requesting bank statements, ID proofs and asking me to sign documents to later say enquiry has been closed. Avoid.

Andrew Austin dealt with my claim, cannot fault him, polite and professional and (importantly, I am self-employed as well as employed and often busy!) chased me up when I had forgotten to respond to emails.

JF Law were successful in gaining me my money from a supermarket who refused anything more than a token payment, after their mistake left me with an expensive dental injury.

My service with JF Law was very good, this was mainly due to Ellie Lamey. Ellie kept me updated throughout the process and was always helpful with any questions that I had. My claim was successful and I'm extremely happy with the service provided.

I had the opportunity to speak with Michelle, who was exceptionally supportive and reassuring. At that initial stage, I felt encouraged and confident in the process. However, it was still early, and my overall experience changed after engaging with the wider team.

While my case was received positively, reviewed, and initially accepted, I was later informed that they would not be able to proceed under a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). Instead, I was advised that I would need to fund the claim privately.

This outcome suggests that JF Law Ltd may be better suited to handling more straightforward and less complex matters. Cases that are dynamic, contentious, or legally intricate appear to fall outside their operational scope.

That said, I appreciated the fact that this position was communicated at an early stage, allowing me to make informed decisions without prolonged uncertainty. In my view, legal practitioners who are reluctant to engage with challenging or controversial cases may not be positioned to drive meaningful change or robust advocacy.

Reflecting on this experience has also reminded me how much I value legal practice and the intellectual challenge it brings; I do miss being actively involved in it.

Very rubbish lawyer firm never reply on time very slow I logged my incident in 2021 got dealt with in 2026..very useless....the guy I had was very rude would never ever recommend this solicitors to anyone...if I could give 0 stars I would 😆

We used JF Law after going through a horrendous time when renting a property and the home being filled with mould. We have rented homes for around 15 years and have never experienced this, the landlord/housing association made us feel that it was our doing, throughout the three years renting there, we were becoming increasingly unwell and having children and one with an autoimmune disease it was hell. We reached out to JF Law as we knew that it was down to the housing associations negligence and not rectifying this and we didn’t want another family to go through the same ordeal we did. JF law were happy to take on our case, were great with communication and helped us win this case! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future.
