He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered my concerns with patience and empathy, and made me feel like I was in the safest hands possible. Thanks to Dr. Yilmaz, my procedure went flawlessly, and my recovery has been smoother than I ever dreamed!

A huge shoutout to Ebru, my incredible medical consultant, who deserves her own medal of honour. She fielded a million questions from me (seriously, I was that nervous asker!), and she was available 24/7—nothing was ever too much trouble. Travelled to turkey last month for a gastric sleeve with JFS izmir , from the moment i was placed in contact with Ezgi she was amazing, my constant questions, worry and uncertainty was met by continuous reassurance and support, even after booking i was constantly reminded the support i had with this team! On arrival Egzi met us with her colleague and was from then the most amazing translating team to me, through all the pre op, to going down to then post op she has been my rock! Even with my return to England i still am very closely in contact with Ezgi and i would recommend the clinic a thousand times over, so much so my partner is coming over for his own sleeve today!

After my research I had no hesitation flying to Izmir on my own from Australia to meet Dr. Onur. From start to finish he is kind,honest ,a true genius and gentleman. Kaan made everything seamless throughout my journey on behalf of JFS.. I cannot recommend the team highly enough 🙏🙏

So I had a deep plane lift . ONUR EVREN YILMAZ I cannot recommend highly enough .he goes above and beyond any surgeon I’ve came across . I stayed 2 nights in the hospital due to high blood pressure after surgery and not the 1 night . The doctor came to me daily and re dressed and checked my healing . He really cares about his patients tentatively.he also was very thorough pre operation to assure he was doing the surgery based on my face individually by checking my facial structure ! Where my natural facial expressions were . You can tell he bases his work on you as an individual and he’s very creative as I could tell been a portrait artist . I had a problem that can occur after surgery called a seroma ! Fluid under the skin that needs addressing ( it can be left but !! Dr onur was not taking any chances ! He withdrew the fluid and re stitch the skin to hold together . Luckily I decided one week is not enough after such surgery , so I booked 12 days ! Luckily my surgeon kept treating me without extra cost . The surgeons in the uk said he’s very very professional at his work .
I was chauffeured regularly to his clinic and he has done amazing people working for him whom also go above and beyond. KAAN this young man was so professional, friendly and made you always at ease ! Again he’d go above and beyond to address anything you’d ask him to relay to the surgeon and give advice or help to find your way around turkey . I can only say I was and am extremely lucky to have found this company . I wouldn’t go anywhere else and especially after seeing many go hone with no after care from other companies.

From arrival to departure, everything ran seamlessly — the transfers, accommodation at the Atlas Hotel Izmir,and pre/post-op care were all flawlessly coordinated, allowing me to focus entirely on healing. The hospitality and compassion I experienced extended far beyond what I expected from a medical trip.

The recommended post-operative medications were appropriate and of the highest quality, with several key medications thoughtfully included in the package — another reflection of the clinic’s well-rounded and attentive care.

I also want to highlight the clinic’s transparency in pricing and the clarity within its supportive patient community — everything was upfront, honest, and easy to follow. That level of integrity really stood out.

I travelled to Izmir, Turkey on 12th May 2025 and had my surgery on 13th May. I had an extensive thigh and lower buttock lift, alongside a breast lift. From the moment I arrived and even now I have returned to the UK, the care I have received from JFS Clinic has been outstanding, I undertook a lot of research to identify who I wanted to conduct my surgery and narrowed it down to 3 clinics which included Dr Onur Evren Yılmaz at JFS. Out of the 3 clinics the co-ordinator at JFS was exceptional. Her name is Illy, she provided me with a video call and thoroughly answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, even when she needed to go away and consult with Dr Onur Illy was one of the reasons I chose to book with JFS.

Dr Onur Evren Yılmaz was my surgeon and I met with him the day before my surgery so he could discuss what my expectations were and completed some preliminary mark ups on my body. He too was very thorough and explained everything. The surgery went well and I saw Dr Onur 3 more times after my surgery where he assessed my wounds and changed my dressings.

I am very pleased with the results so far, it is still early days but I am healing well and have had no issues, Illy continues to check in on my progress via video call and what’s app regularly.

Everything about my surgery experience has been positive, from Illy to the hospital/hotel staff, my surgeon Dr Onur and Mr Kaan who was my companion, I cannot recommend JFS enough!

I witnessed healthcare between May 16 to May 24, 2025. The diagnosis was detailed and interactive. The language difference had no negative impact as everything said was translated in English for me. The augmented services like hotel, breakfast and cab services were thrilling. About my 'kid sister' Ebru; she was exceptionally good. In all, I saw excellent customer service in reality. The bill was not low but sickness I guess is costlier.

To be honist from first day filling in my forms my guts gave me very solid feelings and I just follow my feelings, I just had the experience like being in royal hospital, sooooo clean and sooo much care given I’m still speechless, wish I had my surgeries years back, absolutely love love it .highly recommend this Clininc and the doctor

Ich kann die Klinik von ganzem Herzen empfehlen! Ich habe ein Facelifting, ein Halslifting sowie eine Ober- und Unterlidkorrektur machen lassen – ganz ohne Empfehlung, ich bin also quasi ins Ungewisse geflogen. Und es war die beste Entscheidung, die ich je treffen konnte!

Dr. Onur Evren ist für mich ein Chirurg von Weltklasse – äußerst präzise, erfahren und mit einem großartigen Einfühlungsvermögen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön auch an die unglaublich sympathische Beraterin, die all meine Zweifel ausgeräumt und mir ehrlich gesagt hat: „Es geht um dein Gesicht – du musst die richtige Wahl treffen.“ Und sie hatte absolut recht!

The clinic provided the transfer between airport, hotel and the hospital and a translator for the English communication.

From start to finish even now everything is amazing my recovery is great thanks to the doctors, nurses and Pelin honestly Pelin is a God send angel whenever I needed something or help no matter the time she was always there for me and answered any concerns also bless the doctors and nurses they helped me with everything and even now if I need anything they will continue to do so. I was a bit scared doing surgery especially in a different country but everyone was so kind and helpful even the hotel staff were so sweet I’m no longer scared and I know I’m in safe hands with JFS Clinic.

I had my liposuction two weeks ago. I'm really satisfied with the results. Ich schreibe diesen Kommentar, um mich noch einmal zu bedanken und als Anregung für Patienten, die sich in dieser Klinik operieren lassen wollen. Ich hatte vor etwa 3 Wochen ein Mommy Makeover. Ich war an einem Ort, an dem alles organisiert war, von der Anmeldung bis zum Rückgabetag, und man fühlte sich nie allein. der Arzt, der wusste, was ich wollte und mich verstand, leistete hervorragende Arbeit. Nach der Operation hatte ich keine Schmerzen, wie ich befürchtet hatte.

Ich bin mit einem ausgezeichneten Service und einem hervorragenden Ergebnis nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Ich empfehle es weiter und danke danke danke für alles.

Hello everyone, I am incredibly happy right now, I don't know which words to use to describe my feelings. I had very large and saggy breasts for years, I had incredible back pain. For a while, I was undecided between having breast reduction surgery and not having breast reduction surgery, now I have been and I am very happy, I am angry with myself why I have not had this surgery before.
