I am a returning customer as my last experience was so positive. This time, as a single Mum, with no savings, I honestly didn’t think getting a mortgage would be possible for me. Josh and Joel never judged, and genuinely listened to my situation. They also kept reassured (and calm!!!) when I thought a mortgage on my own was impossible! 

They gave me advice of where to look and options available to me to get back on the property ladder. 

I can’t thank them enough for helping me secure my own little house and giving me and my boy a fresh start. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have complex circumstances or bad credit and think you won’t be accepted. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you. 

I have used Josh and Joel since I bought my house 7 years ago and have just re mortgaged with them again now. This one wasn’t straight forward but they were absolutely amazing and on it the whole time! Really can’t thank them enough for all the hard work and support, would highly recommend to everyone. First time buyers
​After receiving a Section 21 notice from our landlords two months ago—having lived there for 15 years—my husband reached out to Josh. He was incredibly helpful, saw us right away, and got the ball rolling as quickly as possible.
​Because of previous poor credit and I am self-employed, we honestly didn’t think buying was even a possibility. We spent our 20s getting in and out of debt, so we truly thought our time in this house was over. However, Josh and Joel made the impossible happen.
​Not only are we now homeowners in our late thirties but we were able to keep the very home that all three of our children were brought home to—and now we have the security to continue to raise them here. I cannot fault the team for all the hard work they put in. We couldn’t be happier; their hard work really has paid off! I will be forever grateful to them

My husband and I are first time buyers in the UK and were referred to JG Mortgage Brokers through someone I knew, who had used their services when she thought she would never be able to afford to purchase a property! I’m so happy we found them because from the very start, when I had the first in person meeting with Josh, I knew straight away they were the ones who I felt really comfortable with, answered all my questions, and believe me, there were several. Having lived in another country all our lives, we were very confused with how things are done in the UK, and both Josh and Joel put our minds at ease by explaining the entire process in full detail! No calls or messages were ever ignored, which made us more confident that we found the right people to secure a mortgage with! Josh searched and found us the best rate, and was eager to lock it in so we didn’t lose out (just as the war was starting and rates were on the climb).

JG Mortgages make everything so simple and easy and are real experts in all scenarios - we were due to remortgage as our rate was ending and within half an hour the new rate was secured. highly recommended.

Josh secured our mortgage renewal and kept us updated along the way, talking us through the available options. With the options and information he provided we managed to renew 3 months early, saving money before our renewal date. Great service👍🏻
