Abbey was very helpful
Abbey was very professional he really knows his job. He knew right away where our mouse problem was and after leaving the poison we didnt see a mouse until just before his next visit. He told us this would probably happen
He was very kind and seemed to know that this mouse problem was really upsetting for us. I have every faith he will get rid if these mice for us and i would definately recommend him.

Couldn't do the Job
Couldn't do the Job as it was behind my gas fire (which I explained to the call handler) but the Chap that came out was very pleasant and apologetic and said there was no charge as he couldn't do the work needed.

Rats in the loft
Thomas from pest control arrived on time and was very polite and friendly, he did a full survey of our loft and drain and he explained fully what the treatment would involve to help solve the problem with the rats in the loft. I was completely happy with service provided.

Focused on getting a result
Our wasp problem was proving to be a difficult case.
Previous treatments had failed to eliminate the wasps. However, Billy was persistent in directing the treatment in the right place and, hopefully, has completed the job. Well done !
