Very punctual, friendly and great service provided.

This should be 2 reviews really. The first for the technician, Abbey, who had just the right temperament for the job. I was very stressed and worried about my cat who hid himself away at the last minute before we had to leave the house. Abbey was very patient about it, although I had already delayed his arrival, which leads to my second review. The customer service appears to be totally managed by AI, even the 'conversation' I had with 'someone' that morning. They were supposed to inform Abbey that I wouldn't be ready until after 10am on the day. He wasn't informed, which wasted his time and just increased my anxiety. I understand AI has its uses, but it can't do nuance! We still need humans!

We called JG Pest Control who arranged for someone to attend our premises between 8am & 10am as requested. However this changed on a updated email to 6am to 10am. We got up at 5am to go to the premises for 6am nobody attended. I received a message around lunch time at our busiest times of the day to say he was on his way. I had to go to wholesale which I normally do in the morning I set off at 11am it was a waste of a day for me as I had to pay a member of staff to cover the shift I do. He arrived we had to send him away and rebooked for the following day which was my day off so I had to rearrange my plans. Chris Rimington attended & was very helpful in sorting our problem out promptly at the hours specified 8am to 10am. Thank you Chris

Abbey was very professional he really knows his job. He knew right away where our mouse problem was and after leaving the poison we didnt see a mouse until just before his next visit. He told us this would probably happen
He was very kind and seemed to know that this mouse problem was really upsetting for us. I have every faith he will get rid if these mice for us and i would definately recommend him.

Polite and professional with good knowledge

Couldn't do the Job as it was behind my gas fire (which I explained to the call handler) but the Chap that came out was very pleasant and apologetic and said there was no charge as he couldn't do the work needed.

The company kept in touch with me updating me on arrival time until they did arrive, they carried out the service efficiently and promptly, very polite and would recommend them.

Like any company, JG Pest Control is only as good as it's technicians. I've had platinum service from Alex, a technician who is worth his weight in gold. Alex is not only highly skilled, knowledgeable and courteous, he also takes his time to search for, and fill, any holes that are possible entry points for rodents. Finally, I have peace of mind.
