ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WON'T TAKE NONE. The Folkestone store is a waste of space. Yet again today it was shut!!!!! This is a regular Occurrence. That is not serving the community. They are the worst Chemist ever and should be closed down.

Went to this pharmacy as they took over the local pharmacy and is just over the road from where we live . And was happy with the service untill this week when they have messed me around with mental health medication and told me that the Dr's had made a complaint about them. When they had not the pharmacy was lieing . This is mental health medication not for a cold and said I would have to wait till after Xmas when my daughter would have ran out by then I suggest this pharmacy gets more understanding about mental health . And all had to tell me the the prescription was at another pharmacy. Will not be going back to joots would rather go further away now

They are the nearest chemist to my doctors and what a shambles they are. They never have the correct meds and they make you wait for ten mins only to be told they don't stock what your after, time and time again I've seen people turned away so many times. They have hardly any products on the shelf available, the waiting room is dire. Lloyd's chemist why did you have to leave?

Ever since they have taken over pharmacy in weymouth they never have a pharmacist u can't get your medication even uf it's there.sloppy service sloppy pharmacy really hard gor people with mobility or no transport. Then having yo chance thd pharmacist us there next day.ferks very unprofessional. They shouldn't if taken over chemist uf they can't provide the service for the customer money profit over people .nit impressed at all jhoots u need ho pull ur socks up or get out !

Closed all day yesterday and today. No pharmacist. What a shower these people are. Completely unreliable and not good for the elderly Population here. Many walking to get their prescriptions to find a closed shutter. The Doctors next door were getting the brunt of it. Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

I specifically asked if I could take two different medications together before purchasing. I was told yes that’s fine.
When I got home and checked it is absolutely NOT fine. When I called to complain, I was told yes she’s new and we are busy, bring them back for a refund if you want!
Awful! Staff need training and should these people even be trading!

Prescription sent to pharmacy via doctors surgery. Go to collect prescription a few days later to find random note on door saying CLOSED even though opening times state the chemist should be open.
How are we meant to collect Prescriptions when it's more closed than open? Seriously folks, take your Prescriptions & business elsewhere. Shocking!

Went with a friend to collect her medication on Saturday. Didn't realise they didn't open on Saturdays. There was a notice on the door saying "due to there being no pharmacist we are not open today". We rang the number on the notice but there was no answer.
I went to collect it for her today (Tuesday) and they weren't open again. Same notice on the door. I knocked on the door and someone came. I asked for the medicine but as there was no pharmacist again I couldn't collect it!
I was told that the pharmacist would be there on Thursday and if it wasn't collected it would be sent back and go to somewhere else for collection??? What a dreadful service. Go elsewhere if you need a prescription filling.

Not even worth a one star. Desperate to get my medication for the weekend, tried ringing for an hour to get it sorted. Eventually got someone to go collect but shut early. Now have none for the weekend as can’t get it on the system. Disgusting and a dilapidated dump!!!

Penn branch in Wolverhampton were not helpful. Went to pick up my prescription that they had had for 2 weeks and was handed the prescription back and told the medication was unavailable. They told me they had not been able to get the medication for months. I went online and even though in the past I knew there had been some supply issues in 2020 , none were reported in the past few years. Went to a pharmacy 2 miles down the road who checked online and told me the medication was available and they had one item in stock and would order the other item strength in for the next day .

Extremely bad pharmacy..even the staff have low morale...no stock to fill prescriptions and no pharmacist on fridays
This pharmacy is needed by elderly and infirm in this area..many do not drive

I need to deal with extremely unprofessional and rude pharmacist at Cheltenham Edinburgh Pl branch. I decided to call Jhoots customer service with complaint. After dialing the number and choosing extension my phone just offs. I try many times also checked different departments, every time just cut off. This company it's a JOKE!!

What a Dump (Part2)
Jhoots Pharmacy shut again on a Friday. Unable to collect medication AGAIN. Is this excuse for a business still trading? If so how? Phoned head office and got music instead of ring tone. No answer of course. How can a business like this keep going?

Knott end it is disgusting I worked in pharmacy for over 30 years never known anything like it just to no open on numerous occasions they atr not selling sweets they are dispensing medication that could threaten people's lives

Victoria Park Bridgwater. What a disgrace. Recently they are never open. There is a sign on the door everyday. Opening at 9am. Get there just after 9. Then another sign saying Opening at 1pm. Arrive just after 1pm the same sign is put up saying that they will reopen at 9am. I collected my heart pills last week for a month's supply. Only to find that I only had a weeks prescription, and to come back the next day to collect the rest. But since then they haven't been open. I've been 5 days now without any heart pills. Utter disgrace. Will be changing my pharmacy. Avoid at all costs

I was going to write a shocking review, but to be honest, with the rating Jhoots already have, they aren't going to care less with yet another slating.

Using the NHS App I booked a time for both Covid and Flu vaccines and received confirmation and a reminder text. I travelled only to be informed that they haven't done any jabs this year and don't offer this service!
An elderly lady just before me had the same issue and despite her reasonable protestations the 3 staff gave her no respect and failed to explain why nothing had been done to remedy the obvious problem. The staff member was simply obnoxious and fobbed her off and me with the only remedy was for us to complain to HR (Human Resources)! There was nil ownership of the issue and the reaction of her and her other colleagues was rude and unhelpful. The other lady was told they had made several representations to get it changed and these staff were not the people to be frustrated with.
Obviously, there is a disconnect behind the scenes with Moss Grove listing appointments but surely these staff need to ensure that the solution is made or they continue to waste patients time and cost and their own time in conflict with dismayed customers. The staff actually seemed to be relishing the dialogue in fobbing off the elderly lady and myself.
Get a grip and learn some proper customer service.

Collected a month's worth of blister pks . Got home to find that it was wrong month as prescription had changed so wrong meds in pkts . Took back and the dispenser didn't still realise her error , with no apology from her , but from another colleague.
This month is final straw . It will be 3 wks in 2 days time that the blister pks had been sent from their hub . They still haven't arrived and no one knows where they are . Why are meds tracked ? Useless is too kind , never using them again
