I've been with jhootes pharmacy at Torcross avenue Coventry for 4 years. Recently the management had changed and sorry to say they have no experience at all. The pharmacy is often closed without any notice. Last time when I ordered Metformin tablets approved by my GP they gave me Neproxin. Very careless performance. I went back to change my tablets which they did but very not even ashamed for the grievous mistake they did. No apologise st all for giving me wrong tablets. They are horrible. Avoid jhootes pharmacy

No power after 3 weeks 3staff sat by door no intrest not helpful what a waste of time

JHoots Pharmacy in Kingswinford Moss Grove. Visited the adjoining doctors for an urgently needed prescription and although still very much open, I was told by two very uncaring Asian gentlemen that they were coming up to closing and wouldn’t help me. They then sent me off to Boots saying they’d be open which of course they weren’t. If I hadn’t have felt so ill I would have fought my corner to be served. They didn't give a care. Avoid, go elsewhere and let’s get them replaced by another company. What a joke these two men are to the medical industry.

Absolutely appalling pharmacy and no service. Rang for 5 days to check if my medication was in. No one answers the phones. The answer phone message promises they will call you back and they dont and it even says “have a lovely day” os that whilst ypu waot for no one to call you back and no one answering the phones. 7 days now and I have no medication which needs to be taken daily. AVOID atrocious

Always closed until 2pm, closed weekends and never actually have your prescription ready or half of the stock

All my medication is sent direct to the JHoots Pharmacy in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. I am precribed Zentiva brand paracetamol tablets 500mg. I am prescribed this brand as it is te easiest for me to swallow, they are not chalky as I have a problem swallowing other brands. Most months even though Zentiva Brand Only is on thre sticker that they seal the bags with, they keep sending other brands. I always send the wrong ones back for them to prescribe the coerrect ones. I last ordered them on 4th March, had a repeat prescription since then and even though I telephone, they just say they are not in yet. It is ridiculous that a Pharmacy as big as JHoots can treat their elderly patience this way.

Jhoots in waitrose in Cheltenham is never open. This weekend is Easter and I need to pick up a prescription for my cancer stricken mother. I have tried every day this week but it hasn’t been open. The website said it was open today so I went again. There was a sign saying it’s shut for Easter. Today is Saturday, not a public holiday. I can’t get this prescription from anywhere else as it’s a repeat prescription. I’ve called their main number and no one ever answers. Appalling for the community and reflects badly on Waitrose

The St Albans branch has to be the most inept excuse of a chemist in the country. I have been trying to get a prescription for 2 weeks. They have no pharmacist- so are hardly ever open. Hopefully this tinpot pharmacy will shut and be replaced by something more useful soon. Eventually got my GP to move the pharmacy for my medication. These people are denying patients medical treatment and should not be allowed to trade

Coventry store ,riley square bell green.The staff are super friendly and always engage with customers .my prescriptions always ready and waiting for me and if I can't get there in person they will happily deliver at no cost ...all round great store.xx

Excellent service from the staff in the shop and the lady who delivers my medication.

It's never open
No one there to take your calls.
They are supposed to deliver my medication which they have had now for nigh on 2 weeks.

Middlesbrough JHoots, absolutely terrible, advertised as being open 12 hours a day so the hospital sent my prescription there electronically. We went on 4 separate occasions during the day and the shutters were down and nobody in. No one answering the phone. Sign on the door says no pharmacist available, which if the case at least UPDATE YOUR HOURS SO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARENT LEFT WITHOUT THEIR MEDICATION

Would provide 0 star if possible. Aberystwyth local Pharmacy has had spotty Pharmacist cover for months now and no solution put in place to solve. leaving me with no medication as locked by the doors of the pharmacy, I cannot even get the script back.

Rubbish chemist I urgently needed to get my partner some medication. I saw it said closed between 1-2 so thought ok I pop into a couple shops while I wait .I even left it until 2.30 and still closed even though sign says open .no point in phoning as they don't get back to you so no medication for my partner don't recommend this chemist as they seem closed more than open .what was the point moving to a bigger premises when you never open

Swindon - Prescription never ready, tracking never working so they can't give you any info. Meds are always out of stock and you are then sent to another pharmacy to collect!! Very poor service.

Nil The one in Thorngumbald HU12 9PA never open all the staff have Left do not pay there Pharmacies and staff.Very sad for Staff hard working but they cannot work for nothing!!!!

Jhoots where do I start the chemist is hardly ever open and when they are they are open they can't dispense because no pharmacist so I can't get the meds I need and sometimes it's 3 days before he turns up they don't bother answering the phone it just rings n rings some of the staff are really plesent and others haven't got a clue today 11th March I needed meds but again not open this is the one on torcross ave

9.10, opens at 9.00, unable to open as pharmacist stuck in traffic on motorway, unlikely to be there before 10.00. (No accidents or holdups seen on motorway.) Always have to wait nearly 40 minutes even if prescription came from Gp 2 next door 2 weeks earlier.

The pharmacist at the Lyme Regis branch is frequently absent—three times in my last five visits—so they cannot dispense prescriptions. There is very little stock, and the staff prefer to avoid customers. One star is flattery. I'm off!

Shaftesbury, Dorset. Yet again no pharmacist on site so unable to collect my regular batch prescription. Girl behind counter unhelpful and uninterested, rude to elderly lady customer in front of me. No signs on door advising that they had no pharmacist and couldn't give out prescriptions. Girl shrugged when I asked whether they would have a pharmacist the following day, as they apparently don't know until the morning if there will be someone. For a company who's business is to dispense medication, surely the most important staff member is the pharmacist? Terrible service, the people of Shaftesbury deserve a better service.
