Everything great except a lengthy wait for pickup at end of parking

Check out was painful.
Cashier wss very difficult to understand and seemed to want to be anywhere else.

Service is great at the parking station. Only problem is trying to get the promotion code every time you have a promotion and l try to make an online reservation.

Absolute amazing service! They even changed my tire! This is a level of service a lot of companies could learn from.

I left my car at Jiffy on the 4th of July weekend when I went to Orlando. The service they provide is amazing!

I love how easy it was to book the reservation, drop off and pick up the car.
They picked us up from the airport Warhol 10 minutes.

I plan to use them again whenever I decide to fly at JFK. I like how affordable they are.
They provide the best service I could ask so for.

Seamless to get to airport. Efficient return to my car when I landed.

The best airport parking experience I ever had. Pleasant staff, very quick shuttle service ... it's just too bad this location has closed. Now I have to find another parking vendor!

Great service, quick and easy!!

Very efficient service. Car in good shape after 12 day stay. Would advice they change language for online reservation form. Using terms arrival and departure is confusing. I assumed it was my flight times. At check out we arrived to parking lot 1.5 hrs after plane arrival time. They tried to charge an extra day but after explaining they did wave it. Make sure you have good directions as it is a little hard to find.

Great location and easy to get the shuttle. However the fact that we had to go to 3 terminals each way before getting to the airport/carpark was a bit frustrating. It will add about 25 minutes to your time.

This was our first time using Jiffy, they were excellent. iffy was not the least expensive but there were no hidden fees from the price quoted. We called them once we had our luggage and was picked up within 10 minutes of being called.
