I'm in no doubt that the puzzle's I purchased are fantastic. However, I wish companies wouldn't ask, especially at this time of year when people are preparing for Christmas.

Always have lots to choose from. Very quick transaction from ordering on line , to receiving my jiggy!!!, always been very reliable , thank you
Brilliant service as always….only slight criticism is that I don’t find website as easy to use as when I started ordering from you several years ago.
Delivery service was excellent, my order arrived well packaged. The product ordered was of a good quality and good value for money. Great company, will use again.

Delivery Issues
As usual the puzzles arrived well packed and I’m sure will be a pleasure to complete. The problem is you no longer seem to use the post office for deliveries. I paid £6.99 for a next day delivery which came at teatime (in my allocated hour) but earlier that day I saw one of their vans going past the end of my street at 10.30am.

One happy customer.
Having used Jigsaw puzzles direct for many years I can only repeat myself and say they are the best distributors in the country. I have never been disappointed with their service. My only problem is finishing up with dozens of second hand jigsaws and not knowing what to do with them.
