Jim's is a family business and leading retailer of British and expat food products in Switzerland, and neighbouring France, since 1996. Our main focus is delivering a great service, along with a huge variety of fresh, frozen and ambient goodies. We have a store in Gland (VD) and our jims.ch webshop delivers all across CH. The 'B' (rexit) word has been banned, however these challenging times have created connections and partnerships with new suppliers, opened up new routes we would not have considered and enabled us to bring a wider variety of products than ever before. But the thing we value most is our customers, and we pride ourselves in making sure that everyone who walks through our door in Gland, or orders from jims.ch, leaves happy in the knowledge we did everything we could to make their experience with us a great one.

We got a voucher as a prize on a bazaar. That was very kind of you. Your service was very quick. Thank you. Infortunately some of the mince pies were broken. Nevertheless very good.

Personal attention and great products
All the products arrived in perfect condition. Jim's called me several time to give updates regarding availability and dispaching days. I felt very well attended and appreciate the personal attention that I get as a costumer.
