Jim's is a family business and leading retailer of British and expat food products in Switzerland, and neighbouring France, since 1996. Our main focus is delivering a great service, along with a huge variety of fresh, frozen and ambient goodies. We have a store in Gland (VD) and our jims.ch webshop delivers all across CH. The 'B' (rexit) word has been banned, however these challenging times have created connections and partnerships with new suppliers, opened up new routes we would not have considered and enabled us to bring a wider variety of products than ever before. But the thing we value most is our customers, and we pride ourselves in making sure that everyone who walks through our door in Gland, or orders from jims.ch, leaves happy in the knowledge we did everything we could to make their experience with us a great one.

Fantastic!
At last, after a very bad experience with The English Grocer, I received my dream sausages and this thanks to Jim's British Market in Gland. I ordered one day and received my goods the next day... incredible.. so that proves it's possible! Thank you Chris! I'll be back for more!

A call from yourselves about the timing of despatch, bearing in mind perishable goods and Holiday postal schedules was very much appreciated. The goods arrived on time to the new schedule and in good condition. Strangely, the more perishable items vanished within 24 hours... ;)
