Do not buy this brand!

They will offer u personalised item, so u can't return, the bag looks feels so cheap, not even shein products!

So please make sure to not buy from them!

I ordered a bag two weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was not as I expected, so I returned it following the exact instructions in the return policy. I have paid for next-day delivery with signature. I also sent the email back to them with the receipt and tracking number.
No answer from them and no money back. So disappointed.

Ordered a bag on pre order on 24th December. Should have been delivered 6th Feb. Not heard anything by end of Jan but I’d seen on their site bags were now on pre order for April so I emailed them and was told a small stock was due in and mine would be sent. I then emailed again on due date asking when it was coming and was told they emailed me saying they had changed suppliers (I didn’t get an email) stock was delayed and I could have a refund or discount so I asked for a refund. That was on 11th Feb and I’m still waiting and had radio silence since. It’s now the 19th and I’ve chased twice. Avoid!

I had to return a defective item, and the company promised to send a return label but never did. I ended up paying for the return myself. Despite providing the tracking number and proof of postage immediately, I spent nearly a month chasing them with no clear communication, no timely refund, and no reimbursement for the return shipping.

Customer service was unresponsive, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. Overall, extremely poor service and I would not recommend based on my experience.

Ho trovato questa borsa molto bella e funzionale, sia per come è studiata nel tipo e della disposizione delle tasche, sia per i modi in cui può essere portata, a spalla, a tracolla e come zaino. Anche il tessuto è morbido al punto giusto, impermeabile e di un bella tonalità di marrone.

Their bags of high quality almost as good as the higher end ones their prices are not to bad if anyone looking for a good quality bag then this would be perfect their customer service is also good they get back to you pretty quick

I absolutely love my bag, trinket and bag scarf are lovely too.

Only thing I would say is the name - I worked for Jaguar Land Rover and most people would associate JLR as an automotive manufacturer
It nearly put me off looking on the website - and to be honest I’m surprised that JLR (cars) have not challenged your name and logo

I love my new work bag...lovely quality ..lots of room to hold laptop and charger, pens notebook etc. Handy zipped pocket for personal items like glasses, phone. Really happy with my purchase

I absolutely love my bag, it's bigger than I thought but that's fine more room to fill. The leather is beautiful. I wasn't sure about the colour as it looked green to me, green is my colour. My daughter in law is a designer and said it was definitely brown. It is brown and it's perfect. Thanks jlr.

Like many here, they have taken my money and run. Order appears will never arrive and no word from customer service. Shocking. please avoid at all costs

Order never arrived, still waiting for refund after 2 months. Customer Service is terrible they only email delayed responses, the mobile contact number is never answered. They blame Royal Mail for lost order. No offer to re-send another bag, just a stressful experience all round. Their service does not match the high price of their bags.

Superb service yet again , this is the third bag I have purchased and all three have been of exceptionally high quality .

Quick delivery even with personalisation. The bag is amazing and the packaging was great. I also got 2 free goodies with the bag. I’m already considering ordering another one which I was not initially planning to do.

Thank you JLR for the beautiful mini Taylor bag it’s so well made and a great size, lots of room for a compact handbag, great weight so when you have filled it with your daily essentials, it’s not too heavy, love the design with 2 interchangeable straps. Gorgeous love it!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Also I should have paid attention to a RED flag before ordering. Before placing my order on the 19/08/2025 I emailed the company to enquire if they were a British company, reason been I have never heard of them before, they did not reply.
I checked and saw the mobile number provided was a UK number so I wrnt ahead and ordered a bag.
On ordering I had know pop up information regarding pre-order, so I ordered, paid my delivery and was informed that the bag would be with me in 7 days time.
I then received a general email giving a list of bags and stating that if I ordered certain bags from that list my order will not be dispatched until 22/09/2025 of because those bags are on pre-order. I emailed them again and asked to cancel my order. Because I needed the bag for travelling. Its going into 10 days now and still have not received a reply.
I gave a one star on this review they deserve 0 star.
My daughter is an Influencer on different platforms I should have asked her to look into this company before ordering. She will be alerting all her millions of followers use caution ⚠️ if ordering from this company, and read their reviews first.

I am not a negative person and I do not wish to give a negative review, however, my review is factual and this company is not responding to me and I paid a lot of money for that bag.
Even if the bag was 10 pounds I deserve a reply everyone does. I read some of these reviews and people have had some shocking experiences. They stated in their response to certain reviews that they are a 3 staff member company, even so communication is the best quality of any company. I will not be ordering from this company again and I will not recommend them in any way.

Great quality bag, but experienced a bit of a wait receiving it! The delay was mostly waiting for the bag to become available as it was on pre-order, and then when it was due to be available, there was a further issue / delay with the courier getting the orders to the business owner, but shipping was eventually resolved and I received it today. As described/pictured from the website, and I do like it, my only slight disappointment was the personalisation of my initials isn’t embossed entirely straight on the tag (it’s slightly wonky). Overall, although the wait was long, the quality of the bag (material, zips etc), is good! I was considering buying another (different type) and the quality is impressive, so I may do that still but maybe without the personalisation.

I placed an order on 7/18/25. It was a personalized item. The website stated that the personalized item would ship within 2 weeks of the order being placed. It has now been 3 full weeks since the order was placed. No shipping email has been sent. I reached out to the customer service team via email and Instagram but have yet to hear back.

I can’t personally attest to the quality of the bag I ordered since I don’t have it yet.

I ordered two bags within a week of each other. One was for a present. Nice quality and I liked them. But I ordered one to be gift-wrapped for $9.00. Outrageous I know. The gift wrapped
package was horribly wrapped, crooked paper, no box, gold dot stickers as tape. They all popped off. A child could have done this. Also, there was no gift bag as shown in the picture. So I couldn’t even hide the terrible wrapping job! I unwrapped it and used tissue and put it a nice $2 gift bag of my own. What a waste of $9. This company should be ashamed of itself as it’s free money to them.
They should refund my $9.00. So the
Moral is Don’t Use JLR’s gift
