This is a total scam, do not pay for the 7 day trial as they will forcefully take out the 49.99& monthly payment from your account without permission.
I have contacted their customer service for refund but they do not reply at all..

Hiding the subscription in the trial, the whole method for them making money out of people looking for a job?! Really disgusting!

David is a special guy that gets his ego high of people writing to him for a refund! DO NOT PAY THE TRIAL!!!

Although it’s advertised as a single-click application, candidates end up receiving dozens of follow-up emails and portal notifications just to confirm their submission. In practice, the process is far from automated or even semi-automated.

NB majority of postings is taken from LINKEDIN PUBLIC API ANYWAYS

Avoid this platform. I signed up to apply for job positions and was auto-enrolled into a hidden £49.99 monthly recurring subscription. I have not used the service for this billing period, yet support refused to refund the £49.99 charge that was taken from my account.

The job listings provided were not suitable or relevant, making the service useless for genuine UK job seekers. I have had to escalate this directly to my bank to force a payment dispute/chargeback. Job seekers should avoid this site and look elsewhere.

Its basically super pointless and useless, the auto apply doesnt particularly work, it suggested me offers that were both old and incompatible with my info, like an offer that wasn't even in English adn in the cv and info it does say what languages i speak and Spanish ain't one of them. Also in the subscription page it said that if you cancel a subscription it would remain active until the next billing period but when you go and try to cancel it says you'll loose access to everything in the subscription. So basically just a scam.

Based on your CV you have 2500 matches what a a load of bull.
By the time I'd corrected my location to the UK not the United States then the jod title and not just anything going only 2 relevant positions and even then one was 20 days old and the other 33+ days old.
A total rip off scam going after people who are looking for genuine help

The site is 100% a scam. It posts old and expired jobs. The so called auto apply feature does not work. And you cant change simple things like $ to £. There is no human support. £50 a month for nothing. Please do not fall for this scam.

absolute con, not geared up for the UK market waste of money BEWARE !

If you are from small European country do not even bother with this page. Majority of remote work is required local language, or to be in the region of a job listing, so if you are like me who do not know German, Swedish and etc. you will not find anything. They do not specify language barriers and English will not help you to find job in here. Also, no refunds and they cannot explain why they cannot refund money ? It is not hard to say it is our internal policy or something, and what I have got was “I cannot do it” be grateful that we have atleast cancelled it.

Full on scam page. Wanted jobs in the UK, filled everything in thinking this could be brilliant. Luckily I only spend £9.99 to find that it was offering me positions in Barcelona and Wisconsin!!! Avoid like the plague and luckily I have cancelled the subscription or you get hit with a £49 monthly renewal. Shockingly bad!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I feel scammed into purchasing the service and once I made the purchase and it searched for job opportunities there were none within a 50-75 mile radius.

I have cancelled yet they are trying to take money.

These are just scammers, they promise quick reply but nothing. After just 1 day you cancel, they can't refund even 10% of the money paid.
Just linkedin or indeed they have the same jobs.

I agreed to one week for £9.99. Wish I didn't and only used the website for about 2 minutes before I realised it was one big con. Full of promises to use AI to help write cover letters for specific jobs. Nah. It's just full of outdated job adverts on other websites.

I have now been billed £49.99 because I didn't "cancel the subscription" that should have ended after one week. Luckily my bank rejected this. Be very careful!

JobAssist may not have been the right service for me personally, but their support team is outstanding.

Olivia handled my concerns with genuine kindness, processing my refund immediately, and clearly reassured me that no further charges would be taken.

Terrible portal, unreliable job posts and a waste of money

The platform wasn’t really what I was looking for but they genuinely gave me a refund within 2 minutes of my email, even Amazon takes longer, I’m impressed.
