Next generation of interviews!
I think this is pretty good not only for saving a time, because time cost money, but also they cant do any better when they ask questions, maybe for some people its way better because they might be stressing and this makes them more comfortable and also give them some preparation and also chance for a retake if they forgot to tell something.
