Was just editing an AI-generated cover…
Was just editing an AI-generated cover letter. Spent perhaps 20 minutes tweeking everything to be both "just right" but also accurate and truthful (AI tends to "misunderstand" or adds detail that is not accurate)... and the page went blank. Could not recover my work.
I appreciate the analytical aspect of the pre-ATS scans. But the interface to "fix" things is counter-intuitive. In one case, I added detail, and the overall letter rating I had for that role declined.
Overall, I like the dynamic, working with your AI assistant. But there are a few things left to be addressed somewhat urgently.

I love that it recommends jobs for me to apply to and offers help to fill out the applications for me. However, it does end up recommending a lot of jobs that are not within my area or are CA-restricted. This gets my hopes up, and then I am disappointed when I find out.
