Hi there - we reached out to you in the meantime and resolved the issue. Over the holiday season some international deliveries have been slower than expected, apologies for this inconvenience.
They Don’t Respond If You Have an Issue
I’ve ordered a couple of times from them. Order process was fine. However when you have an issue they simply ignore your emails. I have been trying to get a response from them for over a week now regarding a return and it’s just a wall of silence. Appalling customer service. Will probably have to raise a case via PayPal to at least get a response.

Good range and quality of products. On the pricier side but like the product and service received. Be aware that shipping to the UK may take a little while.

Jockbox: Responsible seller
The seller is responsible and accountable for every purchase I made with them. I have a very unpleasant experience with DHL in which they had missed my order. But Jockbox here take the responsibility and helping me sorting out the issue.
For future reference, those we are purchasing with Jockbox, please do not use DHL as your fulfilment option unless you wish to not receive your paid parcel.

Great experience overall
Great experience overall, delivery time was a little long from USA to UK and could have had more tracking info for the first half. Products are amazing, exactly as expected. It's difficult to buy this level of quality in local shops. I'd had some issue using my account reward points when placing my order, but customer service sorted this ASAP and I received a refund quickly.
