I’m impressed! Jody is a direct and highly skilled coach. If you want to work with a coach to help you bring your A game to the forefront of every interaction, Jody is the coach for you! Additionally, her team, specifically Kelly, is professional, efficient, and extremely helpful.

As someone with diagnosed ADHD, it's rare for me to be able to maintain focus through a day-long, eight-hour workshop, no matter how important it is for me to do so. And yet Jody Michael structured her day-long "Leading Lightly" workshop so adeptly and compellingly, I wasn't distracted for a single moment. It was compelling, practical, and fun. And again, I never lost focus!

The coaching is helping me retrain my brain, hold my team more accountable, hold myself more accountable and feel better. Very grateful to be working with Jody.

I got so much value out of the Leading Lightly workshop. Jody infused the experience with compelling data, personal anecdotes, and several opportunities to ask questions and apply learning through practice. She set us up for long-term success by teaching us the theories behind the Leading Lightly framework and providing us with the tools and support to continue using it beyond the workshop. I would recommend this workshop to any leader seeking to become a better version of themselves and experience less stress in their life and leadership.

Jody's workshop is world class. It is a great way to focus on yourself personally and how your reactions and moods affect those around you. I highly recommend Jody and her team and would encourage all leaders to lean in to her guidance if given the opportunity.

Honestly, came into this session a bit pessimistic and not in the right frame of mind, having just come out of 2 other "leadership/enablement" sessions in the last few months. I came away invigorated and excited to apply to my life. I was surprised by my results/scores and reflective on how to move the needle to my zen state of 4. WIP for sure!

I took the Accountability Mirror workshop last week with Jody and just wanted to pass on my thanks for a really well-thought-out workshop. I am a young leader in the workforce, and I truly feel like I took so much away from today's session that I will be able to apply to my job and career moving forward. Everything was explained extremely well, and I'm excited to download the app and put these methods into practice both at my place of work and in my home life.

Aside from the practical portions of the workshop, I want to highlight something specific that Jody did that helped set the tone of the workshop - Jody started off the workshop by letting us know there was zero pressure to be "called on" or asked to speak, which was a massive help for an anxious person like myself - just hearing those words made me want to contribute more...which I ended up doing quite a bit. Thank you, Jody!

This isn't a workshop with tips on how to get in touch with your emotional intelligence. Rather, it's a workshop backed by brain science, delivering the techniques and tools, which have been adapted specifically to professional work environments. Anyone who works with a team of people on a regular basis in any way, shape, or form, will benefit from the wisdom and knowledge shared.

I received prompt service and a professional-looking resume which I am excited about using. However, my drafts also had multiple spelling errors that I had to correct; typos with letters inverted like "cleint" for "client" and so on. I was a bit surprised by that. All in all, though, I would recommend the company and I would hire them again. I would just recommend to anyone I know that they review materials very carefully, so they don't have to make too many corrections themselves.

Amber took the time to understand my skill set and how to communicate it for a roles I was seeking. She is excellent to work with.
