Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. I can’t recommend Joe enough! I initially had a Jet2holiday quote that already included two discount codes, but they still managed to come back with an even better offer. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient and super helpful, always quick to reply and genuinely focused on making everything as smooth as possible.
The payment process was secure and professional, and the booking appeared in my Jet2 app within minutes, which really reassured me that everything was legit. Theyre completely trustworthy and clearly know their stuff.
What really stood out was how thoughtful they were, Joe helped arrange special assistance for my hidden disability without any hassle and went out of their way to ensure my mum and I were seated together which we really appreciated !
Truly outstanding service from start to finish. I would never book a package holiday again before coming to these guys !

Back from a fab holiday in Salou which was booked by Joe. Everything went really smoothly as we travel with an adult daughter who has additional needs and Joe makes sure all our travel needs are met. This has been our 3rd booking with Joe with the 4th booking in the bag & i would never book with anyone else simply because Joe is at the end of the phone for any queries anytime if needed a real peace of mind.

Super easy, speedy, friendly service
After searching for a Jet2 holiday online I joined a couple of groups and saw Joe commenting that he could help. I sent him a message at 21:08!! Not only did I get a reply but my holiday was booked and received confirmation just over an hour later.
Speedy, helpful and friendly.
Have a booked a cruise with him for September and I am planning on getting his help with Greece for next year.
Takes the stress away from booking. I just let him know what I was after and he sorted everything else out for me. Even booked the seats we wanted.

Great service from Joe. Booked last year for our holiday this year.
There were building works at our apartments which we found out about from friends. Joe arranged a move to another apartments for 7 of us.
Unfortunately two of our friends had to cancel due to one ill health . Joe dealt with all of the paperwork for us.

Excellent service once again
Just returned from another holiday booked through Joe. As always, everything from booking to returning went smoothly. Hotel was just perfect and we were lucky enough to get all our non-guaranteed requests made to the hotel.
Booking was quick and simple and communication regarding our booking was excellent. Joe sorted our check in for us and got us seats together on the flights without us having to pay for them.
