Your installer was very efficient and nothing phased him. The install looks great and works perfectly. The sales people in the shop were also very polite and helpful. I will always go back to Joe Graham.

I visited their premises to collect a spare part that I hoped would fix our faulty oven.Up until then I did not know what an extensive selection of appliances they had in their showroom.
Unfortunately the spare part was not the answer as the electronic control board had blown which made the oven uneconomically worth repairing.We revisited the showroom the next day and selected a replacement which was delivered and installed the following day.Very impressive.Thank you for excellent service.

The best company I have dealt with needed a new cooker urgently found the perfect one on there website, they were able to deliver the next day from Luton to Central london the guys that arrived with the new cooker were amazing too, would highly recommend this company, any future appliances wii definitively be ordering from them. Joe Graham is a long returned go to place - the staff are very helpful, patient and go through your requirements without any rush. The team that came to deliver my fridge freezer were friendly, helpful, and were more like friends than 'just two men making a delivery'. Ordering in the shop was efficient & easy.the appliance arrived exactly on time and all my requests ie changing 2 doors on fridge freezer to open from the right was completed in store before delivery. Perfect.
