Ordered a few times now. Cannot complain. Ordered the American mystery box and was really impressed.

Been brilliant fast at posting worth the money my family will be coming over so will be nice to watch a film with a big bowl of sweets very highly recommended company I have ordered so many times and never been disappointed at anytime

I ordered the half fizzy half normal packs. In fact I ordered two because they looked so nice on the picture. When the sweets arrived I noticed the packaging was completely different, which threw me off straight away, on opening the sweets I noticed they were also completely different and tasted cheap ! In fact not 1 sweet on the pic was in the pack 🤣completely different ! So now all iv got is 2 massive bags of cheap sweets, I will not be ordering from this company again. If it’s cheap sweets you’re after completely different to what u think your receiving then these are for you!
Also on Facebook page all the negative reviews have been removed hence there are none.
Following on from the reply Iv just got an email from them 🤣” it’s a mystery pack so it’s a mystery what u get”. The only mystery was that I thought I was getting good quality sweets when infact they were all horrid. Daylight robbery 👌

Got the big chocolate mix and all it had In it was 4 different chocolate which all had millions and thousands sprinkles on them
Very disappointed and I ordered some berry sweets i never got them I emailed to ask why but
I never got any reply’s atall won’t order again

Great variety of sweets. Staff in the shop are very friendly and helpful. Had a high standard of cleanliness and the sweets taste yummy

Just got my delivery, Sherbert lemons and strawberry not like photos .The photo looks like a Dobson or Maynard variety but the ones that were sent were the cheaper ones and hardly have any Sherbert they are also not dimpled as per photo and the strawberry ones are pink rather then deep red . Missing peanut brittle bar . Returns process looks overly convoluted. Won't be rushing back

I have since seen the reply since I posted the review . I understand a availability of certain sweet types change but so should the photo when it's a fundamentally a different type of sweet .
I really don't have the time to go through a refunds process ,loads of emails back and forth for a small order. Please take this as constructive criticism
You sent product . You sent it on time but your photos were incorrect at best or misleading at worst .

I would have given 5 but the website and my latest order has knocked it down and three feels kind.

There is no way to contact them, the whole privacy details and contact us part are fake and simply loads nothing. I was gutted after several items was either out of stock and was earmarked as delivered on emails prior but changed with no refund attempted for missing items.

Some of the items o did receive was a bit of a joke compared to how they’re being displayed online. 3 pieces of fudge on the one that was in stock, 3 tiny pieces of Nougat and the hard sweet mix I personally want refunded. I’m tempted to try send it all back but your returns policy doesn’t seem to be there.

In response, the issue I emailed with was purely at the images being used which made it a little disappointing to receive. Surely it’s easier to just put how many pieces approx if it’s going to be 2/3 I’d have ordered more to ensure it would have been the right amount to gift.

The refund I didn’t request, it was for the items that was already earmarked to be refunded that was out of stock after ordering and that’s not an issue at all. As I said I’ve ordered a few times and told friends and family about the place each time I just felt this time wasn’t the value I’ve been used to getting.

Fantastic service. Yummy sweets. Very good value for money. 😋
