I was surprised how big the bag was 😍 Quick and easy ordering process. Speedy delivery with no issues. Huge variety of sweets of high quality included in every bag. I would highly recommend 👌👍

I have purchased a selection of sweets for £75, it was said to be delivered on 30th Dec 2023 did not receive them. So I spoke to royal mail they accepted fault and said the trader needs to make claim but unfortunately joe's customer service say its me and royal mail dispute. I have still no money back after 60days. I would strongly use a different company because this one does not care about anyone but its self

Again you forget to tell people about your terms and conditions if a customer does not receive goods then they are entitled to full refund. So the contract between you and royal mail is your issue. The issue I have is that I have no produce and no refund , so you tell me where that is good customer service ?

I bought the American Candy Box & a rrp £50 Mystery box in the out of date section.
I'm really pleased with the selection & the amount you get for your money.
I can't wait to try everything.
Delivery was also within the time frame given.

Fast delivery, but item was inedible. Bought a few different flavours of fudge for my grandad for Christmas, but he couldn’t eat it as it was rock hard. I bought about 5 different flavours and had the same problem with all of them. I even found it difficult to cut it with a knife! Had to throw away

I found them to be very quick at answering email enquiries. The Freeze dried sweets I got an email to say they were ready to be picked up on the date that was stated as the pre order date. The store is well stocked and I have made another order.

My daughter made a order on the 15th for freeze dried sweets there was no mention at the time of order that these sweets take an extra 3 to 4 days to be dispatched was told on Tuesday these items have left store but still no sign of tracking update on RM tracking
Don’t waste your time ordering
Day 9 still no show

Class shop lovely owner and workers
Highly recommend joe has some treasures in this shop take me back to the 90s
