Best community you can be apart of. Don't second guess it.. just join and you will see for yourself. No fluff, no funny business and the course is very easy to follow to help you get started. As you complete each lesson you realise you are in the right place at the right time. Host and scale, the whole team plus the community are helpful and that's what you need. If you are able to remain disciplined and consistent week in and week out, 2-10k months will be around the corner but this is not a get rich quick scheme. You have to put the work in and it will eventually pay you back.

I joined Host & Scale in Febuary, the guys are so good at what they do, there is so much knowledge, resources and support within the community and if anyone was thinking of getting into Airbnb Management then I highly recommend Host & Scale!

I joined Host & Scale (Scaling Airbnb) mentorship run by Ryan and Dan and honestly it’s been a solid experience.

What stood out straight away is that they’re not just selling theory — they’re actually operators. A lot of mentorship programs talk a big game, but these guys clearly run real portfolios and understand how things work day-to-day.

The biggest value for me was around systems and scaling. They break down how to move from a couple of units into something that actually runs like a business — automation, team structure, pricing, and how to think long term rather than just chasing short-term bookings.

They’re also very responsive, which makes a big difference. You can ask questions and get proper answers rather than generic advice.

It’s not a “get rich quick” thing — you still have to put the work in — but if you’re serious about building a serviced accommodation or Airbnb business properly, it definitely gives you a clearer path and avoids a lot of mistakes.

Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to scale rather than just run a couple of units.

Website is well laid out with course modules giving you a step by step introduction with online back up with instant Q/As and assistance with the Host & Scale community.
