Exelente perfecto

As an international student fizz works great in helping me build a credit score and manage my money with no risks at all! Love the user experience too.

The fizz card is great because it gives you a credit amount to use that still exists even if your bank has lower funds than your credit amount and you still have a month to pay your "bill" or the amount that's due if you don't have enough in your bank account yet or else it messes with your credit. However, after you make a payment to your fizz card, look out if you need to cancel your payment, because payments can't be canceled.

The card itself is great, and the app works perfect, but the reporting to credit bureaus is absolutely horrendous.
After 8 months of having the card, it still appears on only 2 of the 3 bureaus. Out of the 2 it appears on, it’s accurate on neither. For instance, this review is written at the end of may, and activity was last reported from march. It’s almost 2 months late, even with card activity.
Support only says “it takes up to 6 months for the card to appear”. Fizz is the only card that has taken more than instantly to get reported, and still isn’t fully reported after 8 months.

Otherwise, the card is great and the support is quick to answer.

Very easy to sign up and easy to use. I haven't encountered any hidden fees at all.

*6/6/24 - 3rd Update* my new bank account I opened finally worked and sent payment to Fizz. Like a couple others in these reviews have said, I think the biggest thing I would love to see for a better experience, is the whole payment processing and hitting the account time frame. It says the usual 1 - 3 Business days and I'm on day 4. I have many accounts that take payments the same way but it's always quick with company/bank. So using a credit building card, you are pretty much using that instead of other payments so you want the process quick. Being on 4 days with the card still frozen waiting on payment does stink because it takes away from using the card and end up using your normal debit/credit cards. Added another star though for process to finally be working so far.

*6/1/24 - Month Update* - Nothing came from the Bank error code Fizz was getting. My Bank didn't have anything blocked so it was left in the air as nothing else could be done. I have now opened a 2nd Bank account so I can connect to Fizz and hoping THIS payment works. Will update here soon and update the Stars depending how this goes.

5/1/24 - Will change rating if I can start using my FIZZ account without any issues. I just recently signed up and twice now within days apart, my account was froze and giving me either errors or saying "suspicious activity" which then turns out to be absolutely nothing on my end. Still taking days for the agents to fix my account so I can actually start using it fully to build my credit. Never had issues like this with other credit building companies. Will update when I can.

The entire process was simple, besides waiting for an Android release! The app loads quickly and is easy to navigate. I like how you can check the daily payment to see what was paid for, specifically. It helps with budgeting. The support chat is not instant, but it is most certainly fast enough. At least I think it is because built a feature that lets you leave and return to the chat at a later time without having to restart all over again. I sent a message to update my email address and had a response when I checked back a couple of days later. To me, it felt instant since I wasn't actively tending to a real-time conversation. I do wish they had a web version since a lot of my time is spent on a desktop computer.

The auto payments have been very easy to manage and I have had no problems so far with using the card and having payments be made.

I think it’s a great idea and that the concept really does work. My only issue with it is that it takes forever to process the money through to your account and that sometimes the bank disconnects from the card making it unusable at times.

They're great

The card is really useful. It helps me control my spending and keep myself in check by tracking. However, the referrals are not working, I'm still referring the card to people I know. My only other small gripe is that the points are not great, and don't accumulate for any categories other than the set category.

Very friendly and accommodating team, always responsive and helpful. Love using it and I do actively recommend the service to a number of people who have less credit experience, I feel like it’s a great starting tool
