They got me a job that unfortunately didn't last very long. They restarted the search free of cost; it took time (that's just the state of the market right now) but they kept going! The team has been professional and easy to work with. I share other reviewers' concern that some negative filters in their platform didn't seem to work.

It's not a cheap service - be sure to read the fine print and that all the terms of your agreement are in writing!

Relentless helped me land a Director-level role, and what I appreciated most was that they handled the job search and application process for me, along with interviewing and negotiation tutoring. Instead of spending hours every week applying to jobs, I was able to focus on preparing for interviews and having conversations with hiring managers.

There's a lot I liked about my experience with Relentless, but I want to highlight something I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere: most job seekers have no idea how to sell themselves or talk through experience gaps. That alone was one of maybe 50 things Relentless solved for me.

Got me a 270k base and a leadership role.

I had an absolutely AMAZING conversation with one of their sales reps. We both had a good laugh about how Relentless's competitors use AI to simply crawl already-listed jobs, and we both agreed that the only approach that truly works is using networking and connections to get an inside track on new jobs that haven't been publicly listed.

My rep explained to me, in detail, that this is exactly what Relentless does-- their recruiters have relationships with select companies, and use that as leverage to present their clients to them and land people 6-figure jobs, jobs that are not publicly listed anywhere. Well worth their fee, I would say!

My rep did not use any high pressure sales tactics, and instead helped me realize that I don't want to give up on trying to find high-paying, stable work in my field (it's been a challenge!) and that I should take a bet on myself and keep trying. Honestly, the conversation was life changing.

Then my rep gave me a detailed deep dive link on what Relentless does. They... use AI to scrape publicly listed jobs and auto-apply for them.

Given the positive reviews Relentless has garnered, this clearly works in certain fields. I don't believe it will work for the highly specialized roles I'm targeting. And I refuse, on principle, to give my money to a company if the sales rep lies to me the way they did.

And yes, Relentless will no doubt respond with "With all due respect, David, you were never a client of ours." No, I wasn't. And they did tell me the truth eventually. But if you are considering them, accept the fact that the sales rep may lie to you, and read the actual fine print METICULOUSLY before you make a decision. Also check to see if there are any cheaper AI-centric, public-link-scraping, auto-apply options out there. I suspect there are.

Immensely greatful for all their hard work and support, and it was super easy to pay via payment plans. They got me a product role.

I came to Relentless as someone fairly senior, and honestly, the value was obvious right away. Spending hours applying online isn't a good use of time at that level, and I wish a service like this had existed years ago. What really stood out was the speed. When a role opened up, Relentless had already applied within a day or two, before the flood of applications hit. That timing matters more than people realize.

I'd also say the sheer volume helped me get good at interviewing. I hadn't interviewed in 15 years, so getting reps in across different roles meant I walked into my final interviews having basically heard every question before.

On the downside, I repeatedly asked that they not apply me to software engineering roles, since I'm not an engineer even though I lead engineering teams. That kept happening anyway, likely a filtering overlap issue, and it's the kind of thing that can hurt you with companies that are strict about role-matching. I also think they were too cautious early on, sticking to one persona for 6 to 8 months before opening things up. For someone without a job already, that hesitation costs time.

Ended up with four offers, two through Relentless, and went from $245K base to $375K total comp. Would recommend, especially for senior folks who don't have time to job search themselves.

I want to thank the Relentless team for their help in landing me this role, and I say that as someone with 25 years of experience across a wide assortment of technical roles. The way they ingest and tweak resues is really impressive. I'm very confident I would have searched at least another two or three months if I hadn't retained their services.

Once we hit the new year, I was getting three or four interviews a week, and they were quality opportunities.

I'm a software engineer and Relentless made my search genuinely fast. I had 30+ interviews and landed an offer around $150K, quicker than I expected going in.

The biggest thing for me was the resume. The change was huge. I sounded kind of silly before, honestly, and now it sounds so, so good. I'm going to use this version for every job I ever apply to from here on out, lol.

These are companies that, frankly, I had trouble getting interviews for in the past. Relentless works because they're honestly really good at outreach, so you circumvent all the 500+ people who apply through the application portal. The whole process took around 6 months, so I was a bit of a "longer search"

This company is a scam company. Their CEO/Founder Kareem Abukadra emails you with a ChatGPT generated punchline to get you on the phone.

They charge a ridiculous $7000 dollar, non-refundable setup fee that covers getting you multiple interviews, tailoring your resume, and preparing you for interviews.

Then, if you get an offer, they charge you 10 percent of your base salary. Complete robbery and scam. You are not even guaranteed to get the job, or interviews for that matter, so you lose 7000 dollars regardless.

Why would anyone use this service when reputable recruiters are reaching out to everyone with a decent background on LinkedIn and will get you interviews, give your resume advice, and prepare you for interviews for free? STAY AWAY!!!
