A++. Honestly obsessed with Switch. The bags and jewelry are so high end, and never get boring. I love being able to try different styles without having to buy everything, and the quality has been consistently great. Pro tip: MEL HARPER. It’s become my go-to for events and everyday pieces. Definitely worth it.

I was excited for this membership. A great way to rotate bags or try before you buy. I signed up for a year to save money. Once my membership started, I went in to order and was frustrated that all of the styles I liked (and previewed before purchasing) were not available. I ended up settling for a few bags and was very unhappy with the quality of what was sent. Completely frustrated, I returned all 3 bags and reached out to cancel my membership. This was a bait and switch since the bags they show as examples are not available when you sign up. They gladly canceled but refused to refund any of my money which was for an entire year- $3,000. This is dishonest business practices. The membership is not what it seems. Don’t sign up for a year. Beware.

As a Select member, I’ve been blown away by the quality, variety, and ease of the Switch experience. The luxury handbags and jewelry arrive in beautiful condition, exchanges are fast and free, and I love the flexibility to keep a piece as long as I want or buy it at a discounted member price using my purchase credit. I’ve been borrowing a red Chanel flap for the summer—it’s been fantastic!

I signed up for Switch two years ago on the Black Friday promo, I renewed last year, and am reupping again this year. I'm a mother of two and I'm juggling a million things so the convenience of Switch has been really valuable to me. I've been loving having the freedom to exchange my bags whenever I want and choose between bags and jewelry. Beyond that, it's pretty amazing to be able to rent Chanel and Dior for those prices. I have always been into vintage items too. The customer service is fantastic too. They reply to my emails so quickly and it feels like I am always talking to someone who is familiar with my account! Love it!

I’m 35 and work in real estate, so looking polished every day really matters to me — but I don’t want to spend thousands on bags and jewelry I’ll get tired of. I joined the Yearly Select plan a few months ago and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The quality is incredible — all authentic pieces from Chanel, Bottega, Hermès, and more — and the condition is great. The selection updates constantly, although I wish there was more availability. and I love being able to switch things out as often as I want.

The customer care team has also been amazing (Ryann helped with my activation and was so kind). It truly feels like having a luxury closet and stylist in one — I’ve worn pieces I never could’ve justified buying outright, and it’s made getting dressed feel exciting again. If you’re on the fence, do it. Yearly Select is 100% worth it.

While the concept is great, this has been a terrible experience for me.
1) you have to sign for your delivery, so numerous times I’ve had delays in receiving my items because I was not home to sign
2) item availability is TERRIBLE!!!!
3) the best stuff is Select but even the highest tier membership only gives you one Select item and the Core items are just meh
4) quality of bags is hit or miss. 75% of the time the quality is not good.
5) I have one piece at home so cannot use the remaining 3 pieces in my membership until I return it - waste!
6) if you lose it or it’s stolen you have to pay for it… mega yikes

Freaking LOVE Switch.
Alright, so I've been a member of Switch for a while now, and I've got thoughts! If you're into luxury bags and jewelry but don't want to drop thousands on each piece, this service is pretty sweet.
Here's the deal: you pay a monthly fee and get to borrow designer items. It's awesome for trying out different styles and seeing what works before you even think about buying. I've definitely "test driven" a few bags I'd been eyeing, which is super helpful. Shipping is usually pretty quick, and you get purchase credit each month that can add up if you decide to buy something you've borrowed. I jumped the gun with a Yearly Select plan and have already borrowed several bags. Great value for the money

Switch has been fantastic. It’s helped me free up so much space in my closet while still enjoying beautiful accessories. The entire experience—from browsing to delivery to returns—has been so convenient. I never thought renting handbags would become a part of my lifestyle. And the customer service is truly wonderful. Grateful I found it!

I never imagined renting a designer bag could be this easy. The current bag I’m renting is a gorgeous Bottega Andiamo bag and I’ve gotten so many compliments. It felt great not having to buy something I’d only use a few times. The process was smooth, and support was incredibly responsive.

Sono migrata alla SWICH pensando che essendo un'azienda giovane avrebbe fornito trasparenza ed efficienza nel supporto al consumatore. Invece, tra voci non comprensibili nelle fatturazioni le bollette con consumi minimi, ed alcune addirittura senza consumi riportavano cifre esagerate. Ho ricevuto una bolletta di gas di oltre 360 euro senza consumi, il costo della materia energia fino a 50.60 euro al metro cubo: In tre mesi, con nemmeno 5 metri cubi di gas mi hanno fatturato oltre 600 euro.. La misurazione non si attiene a quella reale ma la calcolano a forfait. Non ne parliamo della luce: consumi zero anche 70 euro a bolletta. Minacciano e perseguitano nei pagamenti anche se dimostri con l'evidenza attraverso le foto dei contatori che la fatturazione è sbagliata. Scrivo ed utilizzo questo canale per mettere in guardia coloro che intendono affidarsi a questa azienda e se già lo fanno di stare molto attenti alle fatturazioni!
Non lasciatevi convincere di applicare contratti nel mercato libero poichè il loro guadagno è basato alzando sconsiderevolmente il costo della materia energia che moltiplicato per i consumi, fa lievitare la bolletta. Siamo soli in questa giungla e non siamo tutelati da nessuno!

I do a lot of subscriptions. Switch is the best value for handbag and jewelry rentals. The actual items are worth a lot and the service is pretty unbeatable. I’ve rented two Chanel bags, an Hermes bag and a Gucci bag since February. Try the Select subscription.

I can honestly say Switch has completely changed the way I approach fashion. I get to wear stunning designer bags and jewelry without the guilt of buying something I’ll only use a few times. Everything arrives beautifully packaged and good condition. It’s easy to swap items, and the customer service is top-notch. I feel more put together and stylish without the stress or cost of constantly shopping. It’s also been super fun!

I was really blown away by the service from A to Z. The experience is seamless, the value is tremendous, and their customer service is amazing. It’s not cheap—I’m paying $195/month for their Select plan, but it’s well worth it. In 6 months, I’ve tried 10 different Chanel bags!

I’ve been using Switch for about a year, and honestly, it just works. I’m in my mid-30s, work full-time, and don’t have the time or interest to constantly shop for new bags and jewelry — but I still want to look put-together, especially for client meetings and events.

What I like most is that Switch makes sense. Instead of spending hundreds (or more) on things I’ll only wear a few times, I can rotate through really nice pieces as often as I need. It’s saved me money, but more importantly, it saves me time and mental space. The selection is solid, I’ve always been able to find something that fits whatever I have coming up, whether it’s work-related or personal.

The process is easy too. Shipping and returns are super simple, and I’ve never had any issues with damaged items or delays. It just quietly works in the background of my life, which is exactly what I want from a service like this.

Joined 6 months ago. What it’s doing well: the available items are terrific. The style of the bags and jewelry and the quality are amazing. It’s actually high-end stuff and you can tell they go through great care. The notification system works well. The shipping is fast. Customer service is top notch.

What they can do better: they need more stuff haha but everytime there’s low availability they bring in a lot of stuff. I also realized the best times to find things are Monday and Wednesday afternoons. I also wish they had a Select plan where I can order two Select items.

Overall I’ve been very happy and look forward to trying the new things!
