I cannot recommend Ram highly enough. I reached out in desperation after being given an incredibly long NHS wait for treatment of Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder) so severe and relentlessly painful that I couldn’t sleep, drive, or do my job.

Ram was so patient, kind, and professional. I had the shoulder hydrodistention with corticosteroid. I won’t lie – it was agony having it done – but SO worth it. Within 48 hours, the pain started to ease, and within 14 days I was pain-free, with a huge amount of my mobility – and my sanity – restored. AMAZING.

I travelled from Devon to Milton Keynes to see Ram, and it was absolutely worth getting up at 5am to do it. Thank you, Ram – I will be forever grateful.

I had a consultation with Mr Rachaputi a few weeks ago for my frozen shoulder.
The consultation was in-depth and very thorough . Mr Rachaputi took time to understand my situation . I had hydrodilatation , where he explained every stage of the procedure and was very reassuring .
I've been really happy so far with my outcome , I have much better range of movement and a reduction of pain.
He advised me of certain physiotherapy excercise which I'm doing every day.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone suffering similar condition to make an appointment .

Ive had severe pain in various parts of my hand from autoimmune issue i suffer with. I met Dr Ram in Leicester and consualtation and treatment was all performed at the same time. Ram injected 5 steroid injections into my hand into the inflammed areas. I felt immediate relief and now a week later I have full mobility in my hand. No longer have to take strong painkillers. Highly recommend.

I received three steroid injections to my left shoulder by Joint Care Clinics. Mr Rachaputi was very thorough with his examination through ultrasound and gave easy to understand explanations. He made me feel very much at ease and explained everything during the procedure. I cannot fault the service provided and no side effects have been experienced. I have received his report already and hoping that physio will now aid my recovery.

I was in a great deal of pain and couldn’t move my left (dominant) wrist. My NHS appointment had come through, with an initial wait time of 10 months!

I phoned Joint Care Clinic and was seen within a couple of days, with diagnosis and treatment given there and then. The pain relief was life changing, and I was able to again carry on with daily jobs that we all take for granted for the first time in months.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Joint Care Clinics.

Ramakrishna was extremely professional and caring. He is clearly very experienced and skilled and should I need such professional help again I would always go to him.

My wife and I actually saw Ram (full name Ramakrishna Rachaputi) at Milton Keynes Joint Care Clinic, although we believe that we could alternatively have arranged to see him at one of the other locations. He is a highly professional and extremely knowledgeable practitioner, possessing the skill set and experience necessary for precise assessments and treatments using ultrasound diagnostics for joint and limb problems. He managed to quickly identify underlying problems that had blighted my wife’s walking abilities over the preceding six months, and he was able to put into context why it was that symptoms had continually changed from day to day and which had appeared to be so confusing to us.

Ram has a calming demeanour but is considerate and attentive, which helps considerably at putting you at ease when you visit. He undertakes his ultrasound investigations with meticulous detail, with all findings being subsequently documented in a format suitable for presentation to other healthcare professionals. He will happily explain anything that you might be unsure about and he goes out of his way to allay any fears you might have regarding your condition.

Judging from all of the interactions we have had with Ram, it is evident that he is not merely undertaking a job of work but is primarily motivated by his genuine desire to help people and to provide the best possible care for his patients. He is truly a rare find and a real gentleman.

I asked for some information following the scan during my appointment to help with my doctor and received almost immediately by return a very comprehensive report with scan pictures. This simply underlines my previous impression of a Ram being a very professional and helpful practioner.

Ram was extremely professional and very patient and understanding with my elderly father (aged 91). He took time to listen and read about his condition before advising on the best course of treatment. The prescribed treatment was extremely successful and my father is no longer in constant pain and certainly has increased mobility.

My experience at Joint Care Clinic was excellent. I was very nervous but Ram put me at ease immediately with his lovely greeting, very professional but at the same time making me feel comfortable and relaxed asking me about the issues I had, and explaining the procedure would most certainly help to ease my pain. Dr Rachaputi was very professional, friendly and helpful. He used ultrasound to find the issue and injected the medication into the tendon. As a result, my pain level has been reduced.

In the past few years I've had a frozen shoulder 3 times. MY GP advised it will take roughly 12-18 months to unfreeze. In my personal experience NHS physios will provide a print out of exercises that will make little difference in the freezing or frozen stages.
I cannot recommend Joint Care Clinics enough. I was referred through my physio for hydro dilatation treatment. Each time this has stopped the pain of the condition within a day or so and I've had full movement back within a few weeks. Ram uses ultrasound to diagnose the issue, and is able to instantly provide reassurance of no permanent damage. I am so grateful for his treatment and how it has prevented months of pain.

Went with my elderly dad who is in late 80’s had an appointment with Dr Ram.
Dr Ram was really patient and kind and put my dad at ease and explained everything. My dad felt listened to and was given time to make an informed decision.
Very professional and my father is now feeling the benefits of the injections and is recovering well.

Rang for appointment to have steroid shoulder injection and gel in knee and shoulder, fitted me in at last minute, pleasant and efficient manner. My sister in law trained as an orthopedic surgeon and said his report was excellent.

Excellent service. Ram gave me an appointment at short notice. Received pain killing steroid injection to my sacroiliac joint. After being in terrible pain for a week or so, my joint pain disappeared immediately and sciatica symptoms gradually eased over the following 2 weeks.

Could not rate Doctor Rachaputi highly enough. I was having hip/groin and knee pain for a year. Went down NHS physio line and private physio - I would still be waiting for a diagnosis had I not found Joint Care Clinic. They identified that I need a hip replacement and provided me with two injections to help ease the pain - which had immediate effect. Unfortunately, possibly due to how bad my hip is, the relief from pain has only lasted two weeks.
I’m not sure why it is called Dr Matla clinic, but great service.
