I have loved (and still do!) working with the ThriveHive team. They have really helped me manage my transition from 30 years in Corporate into getting clarity on the Consulting business I am in the process of setting up. I loved the simplicity and the clarity of the framework; I loved the coaches and all the staff really. Highly recommend this team and anybody corporate ladies out there looking at transitioning into Consulting.

Prior to joining PASSPORT, I struggled to make meaningful progress because I lacked structure and focus. The program’s 12-week approach was a game-changer for me. By focusing on one workbook topic and webinar coaching sessions at a time, I was able to stay on track and build momentum, instead of feeling overwhelmed by the shiny object syndrome that afflicts most entrepreneurs
The step-by-step guidance kept me moving forward, and the clarity each workbook provided helped me concentrate on the most important tasks for my business. The focused approach meant I wasn’t just learning—I was taking action and seeing results. Within 6 weeks, I was making calls and connections to get clients. Exactly why I signed up!
The value of PASSPORT goes beyond the materials and coaching. The structured process taught me how to prioritize and tackle my goals with intention, which has been transformative for my business and mindset.
Finally, as mentioned in other reviews, one of the most rewarding aspects of PASSPORT was the relationships I built with an incredible group of women. Tricia has an unmatched ability to bring together caring, honest, smart, and giving individuals. She and her team have created a supportive environment where we could connect, collaborate, and help each other succeed. The networking and sense of community I experienced were truly invaluable, and I will always be grateful for this part of the program.

I was very impressed with the value provided by the Passport program. First of all, this is a great price. I did some calculations and compared the investment I made to what we charged our clients in my previous role for virtual classroom experiences using zoom. Frankly, we would have charged 4 times the amount I paid just for the Passport Workshops and virtual group coaching experiences!
Passport provides even more than the virtual workshops and coaching such as step by step workbooks, Tricia's Million Dollar Sales Book, sample presentation decks and marketing materials, templates galore and so much more.....one of "the more" items is the Passport portal!
Again, in my past life I sold many different kinds of online tools, libraries, systems etc....and the price can be all over the board but typically they sell for a yearly access fee from $50-$700 plus. The Passport Portal is INCLUDED. Now, it doesn't give you access to millions of learning assets, (which no one has time for anyway) but in the Business essential bundle alone there are many tools to help you under these critical categories: Business Set Up, Finance Set Up Tech Set up, Marketing Set Up, Legal, HR and Sales. This is crazy good stuff (my favorite is the LinkedIn modules).
If there was one area that I would change it would be the feedback given to us on our submitted workbooks. It was good, but I would substitute it for a live call with the coach when needed.
Finally, you've likely heard this before, but the relationships and networking with fascinating, smart and interesting women was one of the best parts of the program. Tricia has a way of attracting caring, honest, smart and giving people around her and getting them to interact in a guided way to help each other succeed. I will always be grateful for this experience.

This program is an actual “how to” program that helps female executives transition from their corporate job to establishing and launching their own company. It provides tools, techniques and expertise for every aspect of the process. There are a wealth of resources available to you in addition to the multiple workshops that are live each week throughout the program. I highly recommend the program to anyone that is ready to take this lead.

ThriveHer is an excellent program! As a former Fortune 50 Sales Trainer, I found the program to be well organized, thorough and full of great information. There was an abundance of support and always A LOT of positive motivation. Definitely worth the money!

ThriveHive/Passport is the best resource and bootcamp for jump-starting your consulting career. The support and resources are excellent, and the cohort model ensures that participants have a host of collaborators.
The tech and website navigation are clunky, and the team is constantly updating, which can be confusing, which is why I only gave four stars. But it will be that much better for future cohorts.

When I enrolled in Thrive Hive, I had an idea of the consulting model I wanted to build, but this course revolutionized my approach. Thrive Hive isn’t just a program—it’s a catalyst for clarity, alignment, and purpose.
The “One Purpose, One Person, One Offer” workshops I have completed so far are transformational for me. Originally, I planned to outsource components outside my expertise by hiring 1099 contractors. However, through this program, I realized this approach didn’t fully resonate with my purpose. Instead, I’ve started building strategic partnerships with other consultants and firms who specialize in those areas, allowing me to charge a referral fee while focusing on my strengths.
Another revelation was the “bonus versus discount” strategy. In the past, I would have just walked away rather than discount my services, but Thrive Hive showed me the power of adding value instead of lowering price. This shift not only preserves the worth of my work but adds an incentive clients appreciate. It’s a win-win-win!!
Perhaps the most valuable takeaway, however, was the importance of setting boundaries. For years, I found myself exhausted from overextending. Thrive Hive gave me a reminder and strategies to be intentional with my time, preserving my energy for what truly matters. All of the coaches and the phenomenal women in the Thrive Hive community provide such depth, support, and actionable insight that it’s impacting every aspect of my life and business.
Thank you, Thrive Hive, for empowering me to build a purpose-driven consulting firm that aligns with my values!

I did a lot of research through the ThriveHer website and Freedom from Corporate Facebook group before signing up for the Passport program, reviewing all the freely available resources. I reached out to get what was advertised as an offer review, only to find myself in what I now know is a "triage call" for the Passport program. I wanted to know what value the program provided above and beyond what I had already garnered from my copious review, and was sold on the program through a no-risk, no-interest credit card to cover the cost of the $12,500 tuition, since they guarantee you will make your money back or they will work with you until you do.
I did the program to a T, and was even the top learner on the leaderboard during my time in the program. I did NOT make my money back during the program, so I asked for them to honor their guarantee, which meant I got access to group coaching calls with a later cohort and additional sales call logging and documentation requirements to meet their guarantee. I still kept up with all that, and still did not make my money back by the end of this second go round, because the sales coaching and approach, frankly, is ineffective and consisted of someone just commenting on an excel spreadsheet without ever witnessing any actual sales activity, no actual coaching on what you are doing, what's working and what's not working. You were expected to coach yourself through recording your calls. I recognized I was just wasting time with this approach and started taking a different route, combining skills I had from my previous experience in fitness consulting and what I had learned earlier in my career from developing sales and BDN training in the automotive industry. By the time July rolled around, a month after I was asked to leave the program, I started to make money. But how I went about securing more connections, clients and profits had nothing to do with what I learned in the Passport program.
I don't know anyone in my cohort who made their money back during their time in the program, and they blamed themselves rather than the program making false promises and being ineffective. As someone whose expertise is in learning design, I can't in good faith recommend this program to anyone.

I left a six-figure role for this program. I went from corporate to consulting, with no prior experience.
Approximately 10 months after signing up, I want to share my experience, so others have realistic expectations going into a $12,500+ program.
For me, it took much longer than a month or two to establish myself.
Unless you have a preexisting network, you've set the business up prior to beginning the program, or you've been in business on a part-or full-time basis for a bit prior to joining… Expect the process to take time and money.
Year-to-date, notwithstanding the cost of this program, I have spent $8,297.67 on my business, before submitting my expenses for last month.
My revenue to date: $450.
I want you to take away two things: 1. It costs less than the charge of the program to get your business started, which I recommend before joining ThriveHer Passport and 2. There are pretty impactful costs incurred before you begin to fill your pipeline, outside of joining this program.
Because ThriveHer is explicitly not a certified therapist, accounting service, or legal aid provider; it is imperative, in my opinion, to obtain assistance from these specialists early on. Their services can be expensive, but they are necessary, especially if you have a sizable number of personal assets as I did; you want to protect yourself upfront and avoid costly tax penalties. Getting the business set up, and set up correctly- the LLC, tech, website, accounting, etc. is not something you can overlook.
I have been very conservative with spending, sticking to essentials needed to get myself started. I have relied on a ton of people in my network who have helped me free of charge with their services until I turn more profit, to avoid spending more money. These people are IT, CPA/Accounting (2x, one for taxes and the other to set up Quick Books) and a lawyer.
As part of the overall business spend (the $8,297.67 dollar figure), $2,500 went toward supplemental marketing resources. As other reviewers mention, Phase 2 of this program really leaves out the kind of concrete guidance I felt I needed to establish a sales pipeline, put offers together, and transact business. I actually had to consult other more established consultants (3-20 years’ experience) in my field to gain a better understanding of how to price and position my services.
After following the program point-for-point in Phase 1 and realizing with my sales/marketing background I would waste precious time following some of the guidance provided in Phase 2, I began to seek out aforementioned resources. In my experience, my personal consultant colleagues provided better, more current, relevant, and actionable advice and referrals than I received in this program.
Even after getting into a groove, starting a business, which is what you're doing as a consultant- takes time. Lots and lots of time. I personally believe there is no way around this and every successful solopreneuer I know doesn't flinch at the amount of time you spend during your first year. I take 5-8 meetings some days. I work early mornings and late nights and my schedule fluctuates constantly. The more time I spend on my business, the more results I see. The opposite has been true for me as well. When you're not in meetings, you're preparing for them, building content, sourcing new leads, managing business overhead, networking and working projects. For me, these activities not only take a lot of time, but also drain you mentally; sometimes more than working a corporate job.
While the sweat, blood, and tears have all been worth it; I had no idea exactly what I was in for when I began my journey.
I did meet a lot of amazing women who joined ThriveHer Passport. However, after attending several networking events and conferences (a handful at no charge or under $100), I realize the $12,500 price tag is too high for me to even justify the value of the network in this program.
This is only my experience. There were others who joined the program and saw more immediate results. Some women had their business set up already, some had warm business leads prior to entering the program, and some were in business for a year or two before they joined.
I am none of those women.
I am one who started from scratch and tried to use this program as a launch pad to transition from corporate to consulting.
I was disappointed in my results for the investment and felt the program was not a good fit for where I was and what I needed.
If I had to do it over again, I would pass.

After 25 years working in corporate for both large companies and startups, I decided that I had hit a wall and I could not do it anymore. My husband had always encouraged me to try consulting but I was always scared to do so especially the business development part.
So I toiled around for a couple months and then I found ThriveHer and it was exactly what I needed as I realized it takes a village to build a business. Phase One starts with developing your product offer and messaging and then Phase Two focuses on the business development which has given me a solid framework to follow in how to do outreach, the cadence, sample templates and so much more. On top of the curriculum, there is CEO mindset coaching which really helped me to shift from corporate executive to entrepreneur and I got this. Throughout, I was with a great set of amazing women to share this journey. Tricia, Jim, Lyndsey, Zita and the whole ThriveHive team were so supportive and helpful every step of the way.

ThriveHer was exactly what I needed to get my consulting business started. I had so many offerings I wanted to provide but unsure what was the best path. The team at ThriveHer not only has a process to build a solid foundation for your business but they were supportive every step of the way. An added bonus was having a cohort of amazing encouraging women working alongside you. It’s one of the best decisions I have made!

The program is split into two basic phases - the first focusing on your customer, offer, and messaging. This phase is great. People are told "B minus work" is what you're going for - and it helps people get past the initial hurdles and thinking through your services and getting clarity. High marks for the messaging/marketing component - they should offer that for half the price as a standalone offering. Would buy that again in a heartbeat. HOWEVER....
Phase 2, focused on sales/business development, interestingly leaves out any talk of "B minus" work - all of the sudden the deadlines are everything, and you must be 100% complete within a very short timeframe on something that should be more considered and less time-sensitive, especially if you are working while completing the program. And even more so if your network doesn't contain your ideal client. All of your messaging and approach needs to change, but there is no room for that in the cookie cutter approach.
If you miss the deadline by quantity of sales calls or date of submission, you miss the guarantee. Which, it would be nice to know up front that it's timeboxed. And that phase 2 is not *at all* B minus work unless you feel like bombarding your personal network with content not relevant to them or the situation.
As a note, the "continue to work with you until you make your money back" is REALLY only "go through the same program again with a later cohort" which frankly, is a very important nuance in the language and for the women I talked to - would not help them.
Lastly, while Bev, who does the CEO mindset calls, is a very nice, very smart lady, those calls were a huge disappointment. I had thought that we would be coached on how to "think like a CEO" but instead, it was more of a therapy session and I personally, couldn't find much value in those weekly calls. You are thrown into that call schedule with no expectations, no ground rules for engagement, and it's an emotional free-for-all. I really stopped attending those calls because they just felt disassociated from anything business related.
Overall, especially since learning the price has RISEN and the timeframe has LESSENED I would not recommend this program when I consider what I paid, and the overall value received. Especially since my need was around sales/business development, and that seems like the most rushed, least organized phase of the program. Ultimately, the message I took away from phase 2 is just grind at it like you do any other work. Make a list, reach out, have an agenda, be prepared and follow up. There is no secret or way to go about sales - that advice is FREE!
I know that some of the women in my cohort felt like they were not treated with respect during some of the calls, and I know some of us who got an email or text saying "you don't get the guarantee" felt it a harsh and disengaging surprise. Be upfront about the expectations and let people know that the program drastically changes and gets time boxed and has a whole different set of expectations for phase 2.
Lastly I do not think it is OK for us to submit lists with contact information for our prospects. This is just blindly turning over contact information to another company that has not agreed not to use it for their own gain. While I took out emails, phone numbers, and linked in profile information, it did not feel right to be asked to share this sensitive information. I know when I asked for help finding some short-term income while I went through the program, there was no offer from Thrive Her to help me; no sharing of their networking contacts or offers to make introductions.
While I think Tricia is great at sales and do not fault her for that at all (I wish I could sell like that) I do think there is a vulnerability in the potential customers that is targeted. And that's OK - but to those future customers, know what you are getting into, and be sure have have set appropriate expectations for yourself before handing over that much money!

I'm very impressed with the "curriculum," coaching and community - it's equal parts offer creation, systems, accountability and most importantly mindset work. I'm now in the second phase of the program, which is essentially business development, and feel much more confident and less alone than I did at the outset. Would not have made it this far this fast by myself!

The Passport Program with Thrive-Her is fantastic; it's a virtual team of really smart people helping you build your consulting business. I didn't know what I didn't know when it came to starting a new consulting business and Thrive-Her provides a blueprint, tactical work to address each element, mindset and business coaching and access to amazing materials and resources that include all the things you didn't know you needed. On top of that, you go through the program in a cohort and the support, connectivity and idea sharing that comes with this instant network of women who are going through the same things you are - is an invaluable part of the equation. The mentors and coaches are fantastic and if you put in the work and take advantage of what's offered, you will build a foundation for your business that you simply could not have done on your own. It's an investment in yourself and your business that is well worth it.

What I love about ThriveHer is the combination of focus on logistics and mental preparation! I knew I needed help getting started - what I did not realize is how much of it is in my mental story I tell myself! I love the help with both the business planning to managing my mindset!
I would have loved it even more if we had a “speed dating” cohort option for those of us highly motivated or with very steep and short runways for launch.

I went into the ThriveHer program with my own expectations and baggage from my corporate tenure. I thought I wanted the content and could avoid most of the "support." I was delighted to find the support of the truly caring members of ThriveHer from Tricia, Lyndsay, Jim, Zita, Bev and Kasie and all the cohort members to be very buoying as I applied myself to so many new skills at once and touched on parts of my talent that I had never honestly honored. It was a true
joy and uplift which carried me forward more swiftly and deftly and caringly than I had anticipated. And the results are marvelous. I undertook this as a journey of self-realization and experienced even more than I counted on.
