We have no record of you on our recent orders nor do we have any correspondence from you requesting our returns procedure.
You would have needed to make contact with us to receive instructions on how and where to return your unwanted order to, this is why I feel you have the wrong company.

I recently purchased a bracelet but wanted to change it slightly and the customer service from Claire was amazing and the bracelet is exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Repair Service Excellence
