Jolly commerce helped us with a few technical projects on shopify with swift efficiency, and easy solutions to go around any issues we had. They also helped us with building a translated version of our website with clear quick communication with our team, making it seamless and easy.

Speed: 5 stars. During the last week before launch, we would request elements to fix/change and it usually happens within the hour (even after hours)

Je suis très contente de la collab avec Jolly Commerce ! Kévin est vraiment carré et pros, beaucoup de recos additionnelles et un bon esprit de priorisation en fonction des enjeux/impacts business
Ils ont à coeur de nous rendre autonomes sur l'eshop donc tout ce qu'on met en place est développé de façon à ce qu'on puisse modifier les choses par nous-mêmes ensuite (précieux!!) et ils prennent le temps de nous former/expliquer dans des calls dédiés ou via des tutos vidéos (ultra précieux aussi!).
Les échanges et la gestion des tâches est très fluide entre le click-up et le weekly call.
Quelques ajustements en cours de collab pour bien piloter la facturation mais le feedback est bien pris et actionner derrière.
