So Trustpilot is a scam as well? Jolly Nova is a well known dropshipping scam company. I have read through these reviews and they are obviously fake reviews.
You order and get huge shipping delays.
What you order is not what you get.
You get a really cheap item. Sunglasses for me. If you complain, they may offer a partial refund or you can send the glasses back…..To China.
Don’t waste your time. Trustpilot needs to stop accepting fake reviews.

This place is a scam. I received a pair of absolute garbage glasses and their customer service is unresponsive. The lenses are very bad making the glasses not usable by anyone. Customer service wrote back and says they would refund 10%. I said no, and then they responded:
“Can you accept we refund you 30% and you keep it?

I wish I could give zero stars. Total scam. Never received my glasses. Don’t deal with this company!

I really appreciate the customer service aspect of Jollynova. I did have an issue with shipping, but Daniel in customer service was excellent. He immediately handled my situation and put me at ease. I received my glasses and they were better than I expected. I get so many compliments because they are so unique, and the quality is excellent! I will be ordering again from Jollynova!

I can't express how happy I am with my new glasses. The selection of styles is awesome, and the quality of these frames are probably the best I've ever bought. And I'm 62 and have been wearing glasses since about 13 years old. I bought the frames only and then sent them to a company that does glass lenses. The result is a totally superior and solid pair of glasses. Recently I've been increasingly upset with the quality of lenses and glasses. I missed the old glass photogray. Today's glasses are flimsy and cheap, but you pay a goddamned fortune for them just so you can look through a distorted image. Thank you so much and I'll be buying again and telling my friends.

I ordered a pair of glasses that I thought were rimless…but they weren’t. Jollynova had no real responsibility to my mistake. But thanks to their great customer support…since the picture sorta was misleading they completely re-did them in a much more favorable frame. I received them the day before and I am 100 percent happy with my new glasses! Jollynova is a great company and their customer service is fantastic! Thank you again…I absolutely love my new glasses!

First of all, the co. contacted me to make sure my entered prescription was correct, as my eyes had very different requirements. Then within four days the glasses were starting the international shipping which took less than two weeks. I had my glasses all totaled in less than three weeks. They are perfect and well made for the price and I am delighted!

I want to start by saying that my glasses took longer than expected to arrive due to a USPS delay, but let me tell you, Jollynova's customer service made all the difference. Daniel was responsive to every concern I raised without hesitation. A replacement pair was sent and I even received a partial refund for the inconvenience and the wait.
I finally received my glasses and I absolutely love them! The whole experience reminded me that a company's true character shows in how they handle problems and Jollynova passed with flying colors.

I am incredibly pleased with my new Cort Acetate Titanium frames. The White Hawksbill design is stylish and high-quality, especially considering the very reasonable price point.

The process of adding my prescription lenses was seamless, and the customer service has been excellent throughout. From placing the order to delivery took approximately 2-3 weeks, which was well worth the wait. High-leverage quality without the typical designer markup.

An unbelievably high quality product at any price, but so affordable it's almost too good to be true. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend! Already ordered my second AND third pairs.

A very disappointing product. Purchased this online expected a higher quality but was provided a cheap product. Very flimsy, inaccurate size and nowhere near worth what they're asking for.
