I’ve had the best experience with my realtor Oseas from Jome. When first contacted, I was not ready to make the move to Ocala. But Oseas kept in contact and sent me listings so that I would be familiar with what was in the area and would give him an idea of what I was looking for in a home. When I was ready to put in an offer, it was unfortunate that the builder was rude and insulting to Oseas during the negotiations. Oseas was the consummate professional, stayed respectful, and we terminated the negotiation. This resulted in him showing me another listing which I fell in love with and it is now my new home.
