Do not buy from here! Dishonest delivery times and zero refunds.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Jomala. I placed an order because their website explicitly promised 2-day delivery, yet two weeks passed and absolutely nothing arrived.
After waiting for 14 days with no updates, I finally had enough and cancelled the order. It has now been 10 days since the cancellation, and they still haven’t returned my money.
This company is quick to take your cash but refuses to deliver the product or provide a refund in a timely manner. Their "2-day delivery" is a complete lie. Save yourself the stress and the money—stay away from this site!

Bad service fake order

The worst experience one week and the product didn’t get delivered and every time I contact the customer support they will promise that within two days the items will be delivered!!! You can’t reach anyone over the phone.

Actually, a hidden fees were applied after ordering. Why don’t you make everything clear from the beginning!

One of worst and worst and dead slow delivery app.

Actually they are not e commerce website with direct delivery, i feel that they are doing drop shipping, i ordered one item, and next day onwards i was doing follow up, everyday was reply like with in 2-3 days you will get the product, so i did not order from anywhere else, 4th day I asked that ARE YOU DOING DROP SHIPPING , still now the message is "Your order will be shipped soon" , then 5th day they said that cannot currently unavailable, their message is given below,I never recommend this for online purchase, they should show the expected date of delivery at the time of purchase.

I purchased a (expensive) Roborock vacuum. The robot was making a lot of loud noise while operating. After checking with the mother company and then Jomla they identified the roller at the bottom as the issue - and therefore it needs to be replaced.

They said they will send me a replacement within 3 days. 2 weeks later and several messages on Whatsapp later, still no replacement.

The worst customer service ever, completely clueless - it is like speaking to a new person everytime I start the conversation who has no idea what they are talking about. Sometimes they've told me the device is with "maintenance" even though the device has never left my place. They would then say someone will call me tomorrow - no one has ever called me. Complete confusion within the organization, and absolutely non-existent after-sales service.

To the point where I raised a complaint to with consumer protection because they are incapable.

Avoid this business - do no get attracted by any offers or deals it is not worth it.

This is one of the worst online stores I've ever used. Don't waste your time and money ordering from this store. After your order is placed, they don't have the common curtesy to send an email or text confirmation. Customer Support? Good luck with that. They don't answer the phone.
