Jonathan’s watches Reviews

Jonathan's Watches was a amazing company to deal with. The whatsapp customer service assistant was so helpful. Ive had been let down by other watch shops but Jonathans Watches came through for me.

Great service and brilliant watch and really good price

I ordered a watch yesterday the 5th for a birthday present on Sunday 7th , I sent a note with the special instruction option explaining I had paid next day delivery , being a Saturday I was doubtful , I received a WhatsApp message almost immediately saying they had my order and would do their upmost to arrange delivery ASAP, and then the tracking ID, today I received the watch, I cannot thank them enough as without them I would not have a 30th birthday present for my son as I have covid and been quite unwell, will be ordering again and highly recommended to everyone I know.Thank you so much.

Purchased a watch that broke within 3 months. They refused so refund and wanted me to cover the postage for a repair. Keep far away from this company. I'm reporting them to my credit card

ABSOLUTE JOKE - Do not buy anything from Jonathan’s Watches!!! I ordered on Dec 22nd in time for Christmas and when it arrived the box was empty. After speaking to customer service (who took 24 hours to reply after an automated message said they would reply ‘shortly’), they promised that they would re-deliver my package in time for Christmas… Before then saying they couldn’t so my nephew had to open an empty box.

Excellent service delivered next day highly recommend using again

I would definitely use Jonathan’s watches again, very competitive prices and you are kept updated from the minute you purchase until the final tracking details, very reliable .

Got my Armani watch within a few days. Every part of it was plastic wrapped to ensure it was free of scratches and comes in a nice box. All in all a great service.
I found the same watch much more costly elsewhere so this is the place to come. Im going to buy another 😀

Fantastic company, extremely helpful even after purchase , very easy to communicate with, highly recommend.

Thanking Jonathans-watches for a prompt and excellent service. Got the watch within 24hours for a friend before he flew back home.

Will definitely be buying again 💯

Quick response on any query. Great communication.
I ordered two Armani watches which are original and authentic with great value of money. Rates are locked but every watch comes with a bracelet which is gift.

Firstly, great price for watch, fantastic quality when it arrived, nicely packaged. Also extra gift included. But the best thing was that when high st jewellers were unable to adjust watch bracelet they offered a simple and effective returns service and perfectly completed repair in timely fashion. Thank you Jonathan’s Watches!
