I’m so disappointed because the shoes I’ve seen on there look so nice,but reviews are not.
I did actually order a pair of trainers, but they weren’t the ones I ordered, they sent some that looked similar, I was not happy.

Would not purchase anything from this company. Ordered canvas shoes and wrong size was sent. Contacted them and wasvtold i would have to pay the postage. I tried to argue that i should not have to as they had made the mistake. Didnt get anywhere. They offerred me a 20% refund which turned out to be just £1.96. ( not 20%) im now left with a pair of shoes that do not fit and a bad experience of online shopping.

Absolutely terrible company after 3 emails clearly showing size requirements they sent a size smaller. IT IS NOT FREE RETURNS, you have to pay. Shoes received looked cheap and tacky ( white lace trainers) would definitely not recommend buying from this Chinese business returns cost £13

Delivery time is awful, order placed 17th March - delivered 30th March.
Condition of the shoes was terrible - they had been crushed in transit.
to get my money back they expected me to pay the shipping costs.
Whoever sent this email to me didn't attach their name

I offered a pair of trainers size 8.5 they sent a size 6 when I emailed them they told me that I had to return them at my expense and wound not refund me until I sent them , thankfully I paid via PayPal who have refunded me. Do not buy from this company also I believe the reviews on there website are failed.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a size 7, wide fit, I couldn't even get half my foot in them. My daughter, a size 5, could only just get her foot in them! Contacted for a refund, apparently because the shoes are relatively cheap (not when you add the postage on) it was too much for them to sort. Offered me a £10 voucher off my next order if I kept them or I could return at my own cost but provided no return address!

They sent me the wrong shoes, then said they would give me 20% of £18 to keep these ones, refused to refund for the shoes I have not had, unless I returned wrong shoes to China at my own cost. Don’t use this company, not worth the hassle! Very bad customer service.

When my order arrived, the shoes were cheaply made and I actually expected this, although they looked quite nice overall. However, I ordered size EU37 and received EU40, which were obviously far too big for my feet. I contacted the seller and was offered only a 15% refund, less freight paid. To receive a full refund, I was advised to “find a logistics company to send it back”. This would have cost more than the value of the refund. Please read these reviews before considering purchase, because you will be sorely disappointed.

I just hope people read these reviews before buying anything from this company. They are nothing but scammers website is good but the goods you receive are often not what you have ordered and in the wrong size. The quality of what you are lucky to receive is very substandard and often not wearable. Now
Let’s get to the customer service department… forget it there isn’t one when you try and return anything you will told to return them back to China and they will then offer you a pittance in return. Just avoid and save your money guys

Very cheaply made. I received an incorrect pair and they would not send me what I’d ordered until I returned the incorrect pair but I would have to pay to ship to China myself.
Customer service terrible!!

Ordered some boots, with Rhinestones on. These awful cheap pumps arrived with no rhinestones on, looked like something a kid would wear for school games. I asked for refund and they refused unless I sent them back to China? Luckily I used PayPal and reported them and got money back. Very disappointed. Don't use this company!

Received a pair of shoes I had ordered.
Cheap looking. Not value for money.
Tried to return them. Sending an e mail from their website.
No response back yet. They only give you two weeks to return them, it’s been two weeks without any reply from them. Seems like I have lost my money. So I would advise anybody thinking of ordering from this company think twice as customer service is dreadful.

Like many other reviews about this company, it deserves no stars at all. Possibly like others, I foolishly connected Jones Shoes to Jones the Bootmaker, a much more reputable and recognised company. I saw an advertisement on Facebook for what looked like an attractive pair of summer sandals with many positive comments saying 'lovely', 'beautiful', 'I've ordered another pair in a different colour' and so on (assuming now these comments are completely fictitious). I ordered online and waited a long time for delivery, emailing Jones Shoes several times to advise them, receiving a poorly worded reply including the phrase 'please be patient'. The courier notified me to say they would be delivering as soon as they received them but warning bells rang when I saw from their email that it was an international delivery. Sandals have just arrived and I am appalled by their quality - cheap and nasty plastic, hard to get on and certainly not as how they were portrayed in photos on Facebook. I am in total agreement with the majority of reviews I have just read and only wish I had read them before ordering from this company. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this order. Please do not waste your time and money ordering from Jones Shoes - I am sure, like me, you will be extremely dissatisfied with both the quality and service offered.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Jones shoes, the mistake I made that I regret not reading their reviews before I bought the shoes.
The shoes took ages to arrive and when they arrived their were not the same as the ones I had bought. They were flat shoes without the gold heels as shown. They are very poorly made and could fit me, also the material was like wearing very soft pull on bed slippers. I email Jones shoes uk and requested to send me a return address as there were none. I also asked for a refund, sadly they have not sent me any details and never refund my money. I was scammed by Jones shoes uk. This is a dreadful company, I have learned a very costly lesson. Thanks to Jones shoes uk.

Sent wrong size and refuse refund. Tell you to send back to China with postage costing more than item. I purchased with Visa so have started a dispute to claim my money back. DO NOT BUY, SCAM!

I have only given one star as it is not possible to rate as zero! Do not touch this company with a barge pole - awful product (the boots I ordered looked nothing like the photo), very badly made and not as described.
Customer service awful - offered a tiny discount or I could find my own courier to return to China - I think not! Dreadful to deal with.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals which took ages to arrive. Although I ordered 5.5 it was size 6 (39) that arrived. I e pair fitted ok although they were beige rather than white. The second pair, although the same size, were much looser and the straps were baggy. I requested a refund and was offered a small partial refund and to keep the sandals. I was informed that they don’t send returns labels and for full refund they would need to be posted back to China. With a name like Jones boots I did not suspect that the company was Chinese…. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering .

Ordered 2 pairs boots. Sent totally wrong colour. Mailed numerous times and no reply. wish I had checked first but the comments were nothing but positive when I read them online under the site page.

Took ages to arrive & nothing like the picture, very badly made. I should have read reviews as seems everyone's having the same issue. Can not get any reply on their email 2 weeks later to arrange a refund & no number to ring. Stay clear!!!!
