I bought a cashmere jumper but it sadly turned out to be the wrong colour. I returned it promptly with all the correct paperwork some weeks ago BUT am still waiting for a credit to appear on my account. How long do I have to wait?

Thank you for your comments. I have looked into this and your return was received on 15th January, with a refund processed with 48 hours of receipt on the 17th. I'm sure you will agree this is a very speedy refund. This was refunded via your original payment method. I would encourage you to review your bank statement. It would also be appreciated if your review was re-considered given the speed of our efficiency. Should you require any further clarification or information on your refund please call our Customer Service team on 01845 575100 and we will be happy to assist.

Poor Quality Control
Having bought from them before, I ordered 2 shirts with 16" collars for Christmas, only to discover they were too loose. Upon accurately measuring the collars, one was 16.75" and the other 17". Shocking quality control, which now means I have to return them and 'roll the dice' when it comes to what size to ask for (as 16" clearly isn't). I shall update with the end result and see if they ever get any repeat business!
UPDATE: Thanks to Steve for sorting the problem out in the end.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Had to return 2 items - 1 for refund and 1 for exchange. JT dealt with this very quickly receiving the exchange within a week and the money refunded for the return. Quality of items excellent but not sure that I would pay the full asking price
