There are so many charms to choose from. This is a gift for my granddaughter so it had to be right. After searching through the extensive range on offer, there really is something for everyone… I found the most beautiful little charm which actually looks so much better ‘in person’😊 I love it & my granddaughter will too. Placed an order for a Rose Gold Daughter Charm for my 8 year olds daughter nomination bracelet Friday night, as a gift for doing well in school, hoping it would be delivered Tuesday.
Saturday morning going through my emails I’ve realised I’ve ordered Gold and not the Rose Gold!
I decided to email JJ support explaining the situation and wasn’t sure of their procedures and what was the best way to play this.
First thing Monday morning my order moved to dispatch, so I was expecting to order the correct one and take delivery on the wrong one and arrange a return and refund….
Iain from the JJ Team got in touch first thing, managed to find my order which was just about to leave, swap over the Charms and dispatched for next day delivery, and issued a small refund automatically due to the price difference. I sent One email and Iain from JJ’s done the rest!!
What was expected to be a total nightmare to deal and the delay in delivery, was a real stress free and genuinely a pleasure and will 100% be back to buy the little one her charms and maybe something for the wife to keep her happy.
Again, Iain thank you so much, my little girls face was a picture, the gift wrapping was absolutely beautiful.

Ordered on the Thursday PM and delivered on Saturday AM, exactly what is needed

Ordered a personal nomination charm for my partner for her birthday with love you mummy on. When it arrived it was blank charm. I contacted them about it and was told to return it with added information on what I wanted on and my name and address. This was returned on 5th December. After a number of emails it’s never arrived back. £22 for a blank nomination charm what was unwanted. I am now £22 out of pocket not happy
