Cannot cancel subscription without emailing their support first. The AI also isn't very accurate no matter how specific you are

Jounce is easy to use and the outputs are absolutely amazing if you are in need of generating details for your website. I love the template options and was amazed at the intuitive response of the program.

I love Jounce and I can't live without it anymore!

Despite that, I must give 4 stars out of 5 because the app often starts to freeze when copying (this happens mostly on very long documents, so I guess it is related to the program optimization). This happens both in web and desktop apps.

Also, it's impossible to press the "Back" button to return all the Documents, the only way is to close and relaunch the app.

Long story short: This app is fantastic and almost perfect, with this couple of QoL changes I will surely add the last star!

While the suggestions are hardly perfect they do serve quite well as starting points from where we can start, they do what is expected, inspire me to edit a little and make the suggested texts work for me.

desktop app is buggy and froze on me many times. I like the application and the idea, its well executed, but still lacks a little polish, one for the future for sure, when it gets better I will review it on my YT Channel

One of the best ai content, fast, professional

I'm pretty well known in the Health & Wellness field, as a blogger who's fb page has just under 16,000 followers. Healthline has awarded me as a top health blogger 5 or 6 yrs in a row. I've been interviewed by CNN and Everyday Health's Dr Sanja Gupta, I've been quoted in a teen vogue article, been a contributing author to many online health magazines, and I've been on a TV show on TLC. All of that said, I had personally written every article I've published. After being sought out by many people within the LGBTQIA+ community once my episode aired on Dragnificent I decided I wanted to help even more, within the chronic pain and lgbtqia+ communities so I've recently certified as a meditation facilitator, NLP Practioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach, coming out specialist, and some other life coaching niches, to lead to a Master Life Coach certification. This all said, I stumbled across Jounce ai! Let me tell you, not only has it cut my blog posting times way more than in half, but it's also allowed me to write a mini ebook on tips to reduce anxiety in social situations! The best part?! It took less than a MINUTE (probably about 30 seconds) for Jounce to populate just under 800 words for my ebook, which I easily and quickly expanded to just under 2000 words. Even better yet? Being new to all of this, I had a few questions that were very important to me. Even though it was around (if not after lol) midnight my time (EST), I sent a message with my questions to Jounce through their fb page. I figured they'd get back to me the next business day. Nope! Within just a few minutes, I had a response. They answered my questions immediately and put my mind at ease! I even told them that I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to my message and how grateful I was for the fast, friendly, and knowledgeable response to me! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Oh! I almost forgot another amazing thing I've discovered on Jounce ai! -I break my blog posts up with photos. I am always fumbling for hours trying to figure out photos for the posts. Now, I don't have to worry that I may be "stealing" an image. They have a section where you can type in what you want an image of, and they draw you one! So now, I know that I have my own real photos to use! Now, this part is still in beta if I'm remembering correctly, and some of them I absolutely couldn't use. They even had foreign writing on some. BUT, after playing around with different wording I've gotten some really cool, unique images. One of them, I even turned into a paid IG ad for a pre-launch special for my new NLP/Life coaching business! There are still SO many other options on Jounce that I haven't tried yet and I'm still fumbling around trying to learn everything. But I know if there's something I CAN'T figure out on my own, they're going to be right there helping me immediately and THAT means a ton to someone like me that works under very tight time constraints. I don't have much "me" time ...as I'm even posting this review at 1:08am lol. So the time Jounce is saving me is invaluable to me! Even better yet, it's FREE. I've been single almost 12yrs now, and I've sunk every penny I had into my certification courses. Money is super tight trying to get this new business off the ground. I absolutely cannot afford to pay for a monthly subscription to ANYTHING right now, no matter the cost. So it's absolutely amazing to me, that this service is free (as of the time of this review anyway lol). I HIGHLY recommend Jounce ai.

I use JounceAI anytime I get stuck or cannot find the right words when building websites or helping clients write their descriptions. JounceAI has proved already to be an invaluable tool for myself, my clients and my business. JounceAI even created an amazing piece of AI art showcasing exactly what I wanted based on the writing prompts given. JounceAI is the go-to for AI writing. 100% recommend to anyone in marketing or social media. 5 stars

Excellent application for research and resources of various academic and writing works.

The desktop app doesn’t work (MacBook Air M1 Running latest apple release) also not intuitive to use, but good product. Maybe include a personalization question in the beginning and mobile app like guides (the light white ones forgot the name like an overlay) on what to do when you click templates.

Jounce is a must have software. Just the best. 100% recommended for everybody.
